Thanks hunnybun, sound advice!! I think the synnage will definitely have damaged me! After gaining 1lb last week I was so sure I was going to pow pow pow that this week and I think I've blown my chances!! Grwwww!! Hit a bit of a brick wall in terms of self control!! I'm so looking forward to January when I know I will be mega focused again!!

Week 60- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Day off- WI today (usually Mon!!)

Didn't have breakfast- whoops!!

Lunch- Tomato & herb Mugshot, New York cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn) and lots of fresh pineapple.

Weighing in......OMG shocked, I lost 2 1/2 lb!! Pleased as punch!

Went to Toby carvery- 7.30pm- Slice of turkey and slice of beef, brussels sprouts, carrots, peas, roast parsnip (2 syns), 2 roast potatoes (4 syns), small yorkshire pudding (?5 syns), a little gravy (2 syns).

Total syns 14 (approx).

Week 60- Day 3 (Thurs)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-8pm.

Before work- 6.30am- 3 egg omlette with mixed herbs.

Work break 1- 12.30pm- Co-op wholemeal pitta (HEXb) with 28g grated cheddar (HEXa) and chutney (2 syns). A strawberry cheesecake Mullerlight.

Snacked on chocolates in work!!! Lost count of syns! Oh why oh why! Just because I had a good loss this week doesn't mean I can go mad this week!!!!

After work- Harvester- 9pm- Plantain platter to share (with dh)- Ribs, chicken wings, spitroast chicken, breaded prawns, corn on the cob, fries, salad, salad dressing!!!! Ooh eck, how many syns? I really don't know- Flexisyn day me thinks!!!

Will try my best to have a 100% day tomorrow!

Thanks girlies!! Yes I was very pleased, but unfortunately today has not been a healthy one at all!! A very indulgent one infact! I think I'm going to find this week difficult!! Unless I get snowed in and can't get to do all the things I have planned!! It would be awful for my social/family life (my parents are meant to be coming up from Devon Saturday!!!) but it would be fantastic for my weight loss! I have all the veg in the world in da house!!X
 
Week 60- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 28g porridge (HEXb) with 100ml skimmed milk (2/7 HEXa) and water with sliced banana and cinnamon.

Lunch- Tomato & herb pot noodle in a mug and an apple.

Wicked white choc Options (2.5 syns).

Tea- Jacket potato with 20g mexicana cheese (5/7 HEXa) and a little butter (2 syns). 2 oranges.

Snack- 5 crackers (7.5) with tiny bit of butter on each (4 syns).

Total syns 16.
 
Week 60- Day 5 (Sat)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Brekkie- Bits of cold roast lamb (cooked in slow cooker t'other day). A New York cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn).

Lunch- Cheese & onion 3 egg omlette (42g cheddar- HEXa plus 3 syns). An orange.

Snack- Small chocolate brownie (8 syns). 4 Cadbury chocolate fingers (6 syns!!).

Tea- Lamb curry (made out of leftover cooked lamb from t'other day)- Lamb, onion, garlic, red pepper, tinned tomatoes, curry powder, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger, cumin. With basmati rice.

Litre bottle of low cal bitter lemon over the course of the day (1 syn).

Did not have HEXb!

Total syns 19 (whoops!) I could make it 13 or 14 as I didn't have my HEXb but that would be cheating!!

Breakfast- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with 175ml skimmed milk (1/2 HEXa) and a sliced banana.

OMG what's going on with me at the moment?!?!? I have managed to consume a WHOLE box of Cadbury chocolate fingers all by myself(bought in for Christmas!!!) I don't know why I did this or what is going through my head that's allowing me to go off track!! It's not even as if I'm going out and about socialising that much, I've been stuck in the house due to this fluffy but very slippery white stuff!! Maybe it's because I'm simply aware that Christmas is around the corner and convincint myself it's 'OK' to indulge a bit more than normal!! Or perhaps it's because I've been unable to weigh on my normal day both last week and this week coming so I've been thrown out of routine!! Who knows?!! I'm very confident I can get totally back on track come January but I'm worried about my mental state between now and then and not knowing the reasons why I'm not taking this seriously!!! I've just worked out the chocolate fingers cost me 40 syns!!! And I went out for a roast dinner at the pub which I think was in the region of about 10!!

Thurs this week!! Cos have something on tomorrow nite and working Wed eve! I certainly won't get away with it this week I know that! The question is do I go Thurs and face up to the damage or do I just go back after Chrimbo (27th) and face up to the past couple of weeks? It would only be 4 days later than Thurs anyway!!X
 
You must go on Thursday - I personally dont want to go on Thursday either - but i am going to push myself. That extra weigh in before xmas, could have a huge effect on my following weeks weigh in!!! (and yours!!!)

Keep on plan as much as you can! xxx
 
That's so true!!! Thank you for being strict with me- it's what I need sometimes!!! I think seeing a gain on Thurs (which I defo expect!!) will make me cautious over Christmas!! In a way losing the 2.5 on Wed was probably a bad thing in hindsight coz I think I've been a bit complacent over the last few days!!! I'm trying to rep you but it won't let me!!! XXX

Back online after a few days without a computer!! This new one is super fast!! Whoohoo!! The last week has been an absolute disaster food wise!! I have literally had a whole week of self-sabotage flexidays and unable to WI this week!! Expecting a huuuugge gain next Monday (27th!!) I doubt if I'll be able to pull it back over the weekend and to be honest considering what this weekend actually is it's unwise to even try!!! So I will go and face the wrath of the scales on Monday, take my huuuge gain on the chin and start back on Tuesday full steam ahead!! I'll have had my fun, and I'm not prepared to wait until January to put things right!! Meanwhile though I won't be writing a food diary!! Baaahh humbug!! X
 
OK wait for it.......drumroll.......7.5 lb on!!!! That's in 2 weeks!! Well I'm OK about it because I really was a piggywiggy and once I'd opened the Christmas floodgates that was it! A fortnight of sheer gluttony!! But I'm not worried because I'm confident that I'll get it off quite quickly- It's given me the kick up the bum I've needed to get back on track TOMORROW!! YES tomorrow- I'm not going to let it go on into New Year! I've had my fun and now it's time to get a grip!! I refuse to update my data! I know it's cheating but it wil help me get back to where I was quicker if I leave that number there for motivation!!!X

ps I did laugh when I entered my new weight into my data on the SW website and it asked me if I was sure because it's more than they'd usually expect!! It seemed like a polite way to say "what the bleep have you been up to?!?!?"

OK, since I watched that I changed my mind and I have altered my data afterall!! Who am I trying to kid?!XX

Right then, here's my 'back on track' diary!! Time to get serious!!

Week 62- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 28g porridge (main HEXb) made with water with sliced banana, blush pear and sweetener.

Lunch- Spicy curry Pot Noodle in a Mug. 1 scanbran (part HEXb) with 18g Mexicana cheese (part HEXa). An apple and 2 clementines. A strawberry Mullerlight.

Tea- Frylighted egg, crinkle cut oven chips 200g (frozen weight- 6 syns) and mushy peas. Tommy ketch (1 syn).

Total syns 7.

Feels great to be back in control again!!!

Work break 3- Slices of lamb (done in slow cooker) with leftover brussels sprouts and carrots. 2 tbspns mint sauce (3 syns).

At home- homemade mince pie (8 syns).
28g cheese (HEXa) on a cracker (1.5 syns).

Total syns 12.5.
