Did you find them any good with the weight loss? X

Hi Lisa, I don't mind the scan bran at all I like it with Lauhing Cows or sliced banana on, you can top it with all sorts really! I think they have really helped me, everyone is different but they have worked for me. Just remember to drink lots of fluids when eating them or they can bung you up!

I quite liked them too! Tastes like All bran.. I'll eat them for lunches this week and see what happens.
Just gone and got a massive glass of water... Thanks lol x

Do you have them each day or just a few days?x

I have 5 per day which = 1 HEB, I try to have them Mon-Fri so 5 days straight as I'm generally out and about on a weekend and find lunch something I can have on the go. I ask my C if they were ok to eat everyday and she said that was fine so long as you drink plenty of water on them, I did however have to take a laxative a few nights when I was eating them almost everyday, just a warning haha

No problem x I prefer the blue packets for savoury (bran flavour) and the yellow packets (oat flavour) for sweet. The Kraft Light French Dressing is free and I subsitute mayo for this so make tuna or egg "mayo" mixed with the Kraft and use that as a topping too which is very nice ;)

Just replied on your thread!ha yep defo helps me out with boosting weight losses, like I say everyone is different what works for some doesn't for others but if you don't mind eating it it's defo worth giving it a try. Yep you have to drink plenty of water I think that week I had a night out and the dehydration just made it a bad time for me without TMI!! haha

Mullerlight, Curly Wurly (6 syns), Hi Lights Hot Choc (2 syns)

Yum! may have to try the pancakes ;) Could I have the recipe for the flan?

Give them a try they were really nice and I do get a sweet crving after my dinner so it really curbed that, could put anything on them too mmmmm I know what my new favourite thing is :D

Yeah the flan was:

Chop leeks and cook just before they are cooked (drain any water), add chopped red pepper, 2 finely chopped chillies, 4 garlic cloves and a tin of sweetcorn, cook through and add to a baking dish and pour over 6-7 beaten eggs and bake until cooked through (about 30 mins) I love these flan/quiches they are so versatile you can put literally anything in them and they are even better cold so ideal to take to have for lunch the following day.
