WI Today and lost 0.5lb - pleased with that being so close to target it's going to be difficult now but at least it's going in the right direction! :D

0.5lb is brilliant Gemma, well done! :happy096: (just had a look through some of the smileys! Some really funny ones!)

hope you have another fantastic week :)

Thank you Gill! I know they do make me laugh too! Planning another good week with the exception of Sunday when I go to York for the day... Going to an exercise bootcamp tonight as well hope that gives me a boost, even though it will be torture!

That sounds really good! I have never done a bootcamp but they do look really hard! Let me know if its any good :)

I can't wait to be able to get fit again. Am a lot more mobile now and have a few exercises that I can start to do to strengthen my legs again so been doing overkill on them ;)

I love York, had my hen weekend there a few years ago. I hope the weather is nice for you!

Pleased you are getting a lot more mobile, won't be long until your back up and running and at the gym! My friend loves the bootcamp and she's been trying to get me to go but they are doing a taster session tonight for free so I said I'd give it a try, it's just that when you do it you have to follow their meal plans and it is VERY expensive and I'm very happy with SW so don't want to change my diet if they could just charge for the exercise that would be ideal!

Well York is just down the road from us so we go regularly I love it! and yes I am praying for good weather there are 24 of us going down for a day of drinking and eating so a beer garden is a must ;)

Sounds brilliant!!

Ah understand about the meal plans, especially when you have done so well with SW and are so close to target :) would probably be interesting to see what their meal plans are like and how they compare to SW.

I have had personal training sessions in the past and they were soooo hard! I thought I was going to be sick quite a few times then couldn't walk for a few days after haha, but it does feel good when your muscles ache because at least you know they have worked hard :)

I'm going to switch to green next week see what difference it has on my losses and it's also a lot cheaper than these red days!!

I seen it on the challanges board 12 different things to do each week decided its worth a go im on week one :) its called the 12 week challange thread

I shall have a look thank you! Just subscribed to your diary you are doing so well, well done you! I'm an old member hence I stick to red and green and I love my extra HE's too much, I just can't get my head around EE! Dreading WI tonight but I can take a gain if I deserve it, which I do! Had a great weekend so can't complain too much :p

Hi Gemma,

Hope WI in was ok.

I have had a nightmare weekend i feel like someone has pumped me up, like you i will take the gain as i deserve it but i would be so upset with myself.

I just have a quick question you might be able to help with. I have been doing red and green days but its proved difficult over the weekend so have done red and green but also a few extra easy days, have you ever done this? Do you think it could be ok?
