Gemma's Diary Mixed Days - red, green, EE - new to EE advice welcome

Try not to be disappointed, a lb loss is still fantastic. I do think how much you lose each week is strange though reading through diaries on here. Sometimes people have a bad week (like completely off plan weekend) and lose loads and then some have 100% week on plan and STS. Can't work it out!

hope you have an amazing holiday! I'm sure you will and any damage can be rectified when you get back. Holidays are for enjoying ;)

I know it is bizarre! I think with me I do go massively over my syns when I do go out but I don't tend to eat much on the day (usually skip dinner) and I do a bit of dancing so I think all that must pay off...? I think sometimes your metabolism does need a kick up the backside and I don't believe what you eat affects you day to day, it does take your body time, so I never believe your WI is a reflection of the previous week anyway, maybe that's me being bitter....haha just my thoughts anyway.

And thank you I can't wait now just need to get my finger out and get packed!
