Gemma's Diary Mixed Days - red, green, EE - new to EE advice welcome

Ok so basically I've had a terrible weekend - not food wise but alcohol wise!! Expecting a gain at WI tonight but I deserve it!! So here's diary from Friday:

Friday 12/04/2013 - RED DAY
B: 40g All Bran (HEB), sliced banana, part 400ml Alpro Light Sweetened Soya Milk (HEA) HiFi Light Bar (3 syns)
L: x5 scan bran (HEB), tomatoes, marmite and banana
D: Chicken casserole (2 syns)
Syns: Vodkas and lagers (50+)

Saturday 13/04/2013 - RED DAY
B: x2 Alpen Lights (HEB)
L: 35g Bran Flakes (HEB), part 400ml Alpro Light Sweetened Soya Milk (HEA), grapes, snacked on pastrami
D: tuna and onion quiche, 30g cheddar (HEA), cherry tomatoes
Syns: Cider, Lager, vodka, cocktails (100+)

Sunday - had a slice of left over tuna quiche and that's all I ate today as I went to the pub all day - alcohol syns 100+ again!! Had a bit of a party weekend as you can probably tell!!! (ashamed by this right now haha)

Monday 15/04/2013 - GREEN DAY:
B: x2 Alpen Lights (HEB)
L: x5 scan bran (HEB), Tomatoes and x5 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangles (HEA), apple and Mullerlight
D: Bean/Potato/cottage cheese patties with savoury rice and salad, chopped strawberries with Mullerlight and meringue nest (2.5 syns)
Hi Lights Hot Chocolate (2 syns), 400ml Alpro Light Sweetened Soya Milk (HEA) - for tea/coffees and hot choc
Velvet Crunch (4 syns) orange

I know it's terrible isn't it I was mortified reading that but yes you are right I had a brilliant weekend hence I can take a gain on the chin! I'm chaining myself to the kitchen this weekend I need to get back on track!!
 
Thanks for looking at the pitta bread - I have had a look just now and that info is still on the Asda website - hope it is right and they have not forgotten to change it. Will be interesting to see what SW say.
 
Wednesday 17/04/2013 - RED DAY:
B: 35g porridge oats (HEB), blueberries, part 400ml Alpro Light Soya Milk (HEA), HiFi Light Bar (3 syns)
L: x5 scan bran (HEB) topped with tuna in Kraft Light french dressing and cherry tomatoes, orange, grapes and Mullerlight
D: Chicken curry (chicken, onions, mushrooms, Maykway Hot Curry Powder - 3 syns). served with roasted red pepper and butternut squash chips, Mullerlight
Snacks: Orange and Velvet Crunch (4 syns), cooked ham
 
Thursday 18/04/2013 - RED DAY

B: 35g Porridge Oats (HEB), Blueberries, part 500ml Alpro Light unsweetened soya milk (HEA), Alpen Light (3 syns)
L: x5 scan bran (HEB), tuna dressed in Kraft Light French Dressing and cherry tomatoes, pineapple and grapes.
D: chicken, red pepper, onion and mushroom quiche, 30g Cheddar (HEA) chicken breast cooked in soya sauce, salad, garlic mushrooms and balsamic vinegar dressing
Snacks: Melon, Apple, Orange, Mullerlight, Hilights Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
