I didn't step foot outside my front door yesterday. I really needed it as I go out every day and yesterday I felt so tired and a bit depressed. My steps were 3,145 which isn't bad as I didn't think I would do over 2,000

No Pedometer on this weekend:sigh:..my own fault for forgetting.
Anyhooo....it's sat here on the kitchen counter waiting to be clipped on in the morning. See if I can crack the 4000 mark tommorow as I have a v.busy day in and out of the office

Hi Isis, the other morning I forgot to put mine on and had done loads before realising. I was truly gutted! Of course I had still got the exercise in but I physically wanted to see the steps on my pedometer. :cry: Once you've done that a couple of times you soon stop forgetting!!

Janey, if you're not feeling so good in yourself then don't push it. Wait for a nice sunny day, and go for a walk then, and maybe a coffee en route. If you push yourself to go out on a foul day it won't do much to lift your spirits!Ooooooooh, I joined MiniMins a year ago today! :bliss:
I have been feeling very, very low these past couple of weeks, not myself at all. But I promise to get back out there on the weekend and start doing this properly again.
