Ok.. last night's SW group was really good, and a bloke brought in a chilli which was free on EE days, it was soo nice, and I was starving anyway, so will def make that this week.
No big surprise for the WI, as I thought.. so pretty much starting from scratch. Day 1 of SW, EE Day:
B-fast - Vanilla M'Light Yogurt and half a bananna (other half was bad, lol)
Lunch - small salad, Ham and 157 g of Fish Sushi from Tesco - 1.5 syns
Snack - Pear and mixed fruit
Dinner, Jack Pot (baked beans) cheese (HEA), Steak, pasta salad, rice, salad, Chicken and chicken skewers (all free).
Afters, M'light toffee Yogurt (free) and Curly wirly - 6.5
Not sure what to have for my HE B, so will keep that as an option for later perhaps.
Bought some Cottage cheese with pineapple and one with chives last night, but.. checked syn's and they are not free as thought. So will save that for a jacket Pot one eve this week, to go with a green day.
Thought this week, will alternate with the days, so EE today, then Green, then Red and so on.. and stick to just 10 syns a day. To get a good loss this week.. well thats the plan anyway, lol.
Taking my son to docs later to see where we go from here with his sugar level.. One thing it has done though, is made him look at what he eats. So no KFC chicken and chips at lunch anymore, makes sandwiches to take and has cereal for bfast as well. Used to skip that and then get to college and do his PE course.. so was burning cals with no energy. Took him shopping last night and asked what fruit he liked this week, he does change, lol.. so that made him choose something which he will then eat as well. Thing is, he's under weight anyway, and does so much sport.. will get a clearer idea of what to avoid if anything, to bring his levels down later..
Busy start, but one of my appt's have cancelled, so now able to post
Heres to a great day for all. xx
