getting back to target - one day at a time

Have fun today :) I can't wait, we're going before tea tonight, which means we'll have a late tea but it doesn't matter as that will hopefully stop me wanting to snack too much after lol


Green again today

Breakfast - melon, pineapple, banana, apple and kiwi topped with yogurt
Lunch - ww wholemeal pitta (HEB) stuffed with quorn chicken, BBQ sauce, onions, mushrooms and toms
Tea - quorn meatballs in a spicy tom sauce with spaghetti topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) mini malteaser bunny (3 syns) plum, pear, orange, rice pudding with strawberries and banana, boiled egg

I make my own, I don't measure so can't give measurements, but diet coke in a pan, with some pasatta, sweetener and Worcestershire sauce (I usually add some chilli as well) boiled up until it thickens :) syn free and yummy
 
Today - EE early night for me as I have to be up at half 5 to get ready for my race tomorrow

Breakfast - sausages (1 syn) bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and fried egg
Lunch - tuna pasta salad
Tea - chicken and bacon pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
Snacks - bakewell hifi bar (HEB) mini malteaser bunny (3 syns) pear, plum, orange, syn free rice pudding with strawberries and banana
 
I think today is a write off, although I have been good since I got home... its just the inbetween stuff... whoops


tomorrow back on it and new week starts on Tuesday

WI tomorrow (if I can make it, have doctors appointment first) which means my line will be drawn and syns can start again - YAY!!!!

EE

Tea - Pork curry with rice
Snacks - hifi bakewell (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) 1/2 Cadbury Easter Egg (13.5 syns) orange, pear, banana

Thankyou both Not gone to WI.... I've been really ill all day, little one had a bug at the weekend and I've adopted it now.... luckily I haven't been sick its been going to the toilet instead but I've felt sick... really proud of myself though as managed to stick to plan so far despite all I've been wanting to eat being cornflakes and toast...

Means I have no idea what damage I've done this week, think I might have to trick myself into thinking its a maintain just so I can get back on plan this week. Also means doctors has had to be rearranged and I'm also missing hill training at running :( but concentrating on making sure I'm better, hopefully back to normal tomorrow
 
Thanks Scarlett, my tummy still doesn't feel right but I'm hoping after a good sleep tonight I'll be okay for the morning

Can't decide on a meal plan for tomorrow as boyfriend is being very awkward about what he fancies.... I could swing for him lol
 
Feeling loads better, tummy still making some grumbles but my temperature seems to have gone back to normal, headaches gone and I don't feel sick YAY!!!!!!


Green today.... realised I was thinking about having chicken and bacon so should have gone EE but already had two HEA's with breakfast so got to stick with green lol


Breakfast - cheese and marmite on toast (HEA and HEB)
Lunch - chickpea dhal with salad
Tea - quorn beef frajita mix with chips and savoury rice
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) not sure on syns and other HEB as I have a graze box coming so going to check the dates on what I get, one of them is a dip for 4 syns if that's got the worse date I'll have that and also have some choc philli and banana on ryvita fruit crunch (HEB and 6 syns) or if its one of the others I'll have them and HEB will be a hifi bakewell bar, other snacks will be pear, grapes, orange, yogurt, syn free rice pudding with berries and apple
 
I just love my food too much so always need to make sure I have some good snacks planned lol.

I've just realised I didn't drink all of my milk yesterday with me feeling ill, I'm right in thinking I've lost that now and can't have extra today aren't I? (which I think is rather rubbish considering you can save syns :p)
 
So mad at myself, I was given some flapjack earlier and had every intentions of leaving it for my boyfriend.... but I went and had to try some... then the next thing I know its all gone :( so no more syns for me today. At least I only had 8 yesterday so today's and leftovers from yesterday should cover it.... but was trying to save some syns in case I go over on Sunday or Monday.... fingers crossed I can stay strong and stay on plan the those days instead :/
 
Tomorrow's plan - EE

Tea - prawn thai green curry with rice (1 syn for the sauce)
Snacks - hifi bakewell (HEB) crumble from graze (7 syns) pear, orange, syn free pancakes or rice pudding with mixed berries, grapes
 
Loads better today thank you, full of cold but that bug seems to have gone. I went back to work today, which feels good, was horrible being stuck in all yesterday. Had a bit more toilet trouble this evening, but I'm not worried as I don't feel sick anymore... just waiting for this horrible cold to go away.
