Have fun today I can't wait, we're going before tea tonight, which means we'll have a late tea but it doesn't matter as that will hopefully stop me wanting to snack too much after lol

Breakfast - melon, pineapple, banana, apple and kiwi topped with yogurt
Lunch - ww wholemeal pitta (HEB) stuffed with quorn chicken, BBQ sauce, onions, mushrooms and toms
Tea - quorn meatballs in a spicy tom sauce with spaghetti topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) mini malteaser bunny (3 syns) plum, pear, orange, rice pudding with strawberries and banana, boiled egg
