Tomorrow's plan - EE (We're going shopping tomorrow, can't wait, feel like old mother Hubbard... at least fruit wise lol)
Breakfast - rice pudding with banana and mixed berries
Lunch - mackerel pasta salad
Tea - garlic and herb burgers with chips and fried mushrooms, onions and tomatoes (HEA for cheese and HEB plus 1 syn for wholemeal roll)
Snacks - orange, pear, plum, coffee walnut cake mix from graze - 7.5 syns, crabsticks,
Oooo fruit and yogurt... I have plenty of that in. Might even make some savoury rice up if I get really hungry later.
Thank you, yeah looking forward to it, sounds like an interesting one, will be hard going but hopefully fun near the end you have to go through a stream with a rope to hold on to, there's loads of photo's from last year of people falling in it :/ haha will have to hold on tight
Well WI was the kick up the bum I think I needed, gained 2lbs taking me out of target range so want to loose at least 1lb this week but hopefully more. I've stuck to the plan as above but also made my soya milk into a hot chocolate taking syns up to 12
tomorrow's plan (I have my last road race tomorrow so big meal at lunch, snack not long before and a small meal after)

Breakfast - porridge with apple and passion fruit (HEB)

Snacks - 2 hifi light bars (HEB) soya milk (HEA) plum, orange, pear, grapes, 1/2 Cadbury Easter egg (13.5 syns)
^^I love how you do as well, I always feel a little guilty when I see some people's diaries and they eat hardly anything, but it works for us
Some small changes to todays plan, had a snickers flapjack for 8 syns after my race so then rather then having the chocolate and cereal bars when I got home I decided to have 2 ryvita fruit crunch as my HEB with chocolate philli for 6 syns.
Also boyfriend ate my beans and I couldn't be bothered to make an omelette so had chickpea dhal with salad
Yeah I wouldn't be able to cut down but at least it's healthy!! I am a terribly big eater!!

I did really enjoy my syns, I'll have the Easter egg chocolate another day... I have about 7 halves to get through.... one of them is a massive one so I may give that to my boyfriend as I have to split that in half again which is quite awkward... but then I keep thinking about the chocolate haha.
Aw I never got a single Easter egg! I am thinking maybe a Nando's at the weekend as a treat but within syns for having butterfly chicken, spicy rice and corn on the cob. Not a dead cert but I hope I go!!
I could not half the chocolate though Sammy does not share food! Haha xx
