getting back to target - one day at a time

Glad your feeling a little better. I dont feel as queasy now thank god, still have little gripping pains in my tummy but hoping by the weekend they have gone
 
Tomorrow's plan - EE (We're going shopping tomorrow, can't wait, feel like old mother Hubbard... at least fruit wise lol)

Breakfast - rice pudding with banana and mixed berries
Lunch - mackerel pasta salad
Tea - garlic and herb burgers with chips and fried mushrooms, onions and tomatoes (HEA for cheese and HEB plus 1 syn for wholemeal roll)
Snacks - orange, pear, plum, coffee walnut cake mix from graze - 7.5 syns, crabsticks,

So far so good, but I've already eaten my graze box :/ keep thinking ooo a couple more syns won't hurt, but wanting to save them as not sure what food will be like over the next 3 days, tomorrow we're off to a superhero thing and not sure what we'll be eating, Sunday is another race and Monday I'm going to a BBQ, going to try and make sensible choices but might go a little over, (just hope I don't end up being under syns for the week as I don't loose if I don't eat enough)

I'm craving everything though.... going to make syn free pancakes with banana and strawberries later but holding off until later otherwise I'll have nothing to snack on then....

Boyfriend has just sat eating half a pot of Ben and Jerrys and even offered me some and I said no though, well I said a bit more then no but I think he deserved it lol.

Stay strong, we can do it

My mam and dad are having fish and chips and my cheese and broccoli pasta was nothing in comparison! But I'm happy I didn't cave :) maybe some MORE fruit and yoghurt later ha hey why not!

Thank you, yeah looking forward to it, sounds like an interesting one, will be hard going but hopefully fun :) near the end you have to go through a stream with a rope to hold on to, there's loads of photo's from last year of people falling in it :/ haha will have to hold on tight

I'll update tomorrow :) dreading it to be honest as I still feel really run down :( stupid cold. I'll plod along through though, as long as I finish I'm not worried about my time or anything. Just hope I enjoy it.

Today didn't go as well as planned, ended up at an all you can eat buffet and had a couple of puddings thrown into the mix (whoops) hoping as I've kept syns low the rest of the week I might get away with it. Just depends on how bad the next couple of days are, but I think they should be okay.... so we'll see on Tuesday
 
Couple of things I'm updating about.

First off that was officially the hardest race I have ever done, even my mum said it was her hardest and she's been racing for years. I really enjoyed it though, hoping they got a photo of me in the stream.

Secondly food hasn't been great again today (although not as bad as yesterday) but I just weighed at my mums and ive lost a lb since I was last weighed... I know I still have tomorrow to go and it may not have taken into account what I ate yesterday but I'll be happy if I maintain on Tuesday a loss will be amazing :D its spurred me onto make sure I stick to plan tonight and not go too crazy tomorrow as well
 
Well new week for me now and back on it :)

Plan for today is EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, kiwi, passionfruit, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - sardine salad
Tea - chicken and spinach curry with rice
Snacks - Banana before running, plum, pear, orange, dips from graze (4 syns) 2 ryvita fruit crunch with banana and chocolate philli (HEB and 6 syns), 300ml sweetened soya milk (HEA)
 
Well WI was the kick up the bum I think I needed, gained 2lbs taking me out of target range so want to loose at least 1lb this week but hopefully more. I've stuck to the plan as above but also made my soya milk into a hot chocolate taking syns up to 12

Some small changes to todays plan, had a snickers flapjack for 8 syns after my race so then rather then having the chocolate and cereal bars when I got home I decided to have 2 ryvita fruit crunch as my HEB with chocolate philli for 6 syns.

Also boyfriend ate my beans and I couldn't be bothered to make an omelette so had chickpea dhal with salad

I did really enjoy my syns, I'll have the Easter egg chocolate another day... I have about 7 halves to get through.... one of them is a massive one so I may give that to my boyfriend as I have to split that in half again which is quite awkward... but then I keep thinking about the chocolate haha.

Aw I never got a single Easter egg! I am thinking maybe a Nando's at the weekend as a treat but within syns for having butterfly chicken, spicy rice and corn on the cob. Not a dead cert but I hope I go!!

I know that's what I keep thinking, I have so much chocolate in though so I'm being silly haha.... might wait until its closer to the best before date and if I haven't eaten it he can have it.
