Went to an earlier weigh in and put on 1/2lb, wanted a loss but realistically I was naughty last Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday so even though on plan 4 days it wasn't enough, it hovered on a STS and then went to a gain.
Hubby is cooking me dinner tonight, he's told me it isn't SW friendly but smells lovely, got a glass of cava and the table has got rose petals on it..he's so sweet as I usually do all the cooking, all he ever does is steak so really looking forward to it.
Thursday 14th February - Extra Easy (E2)
Breakfast: banana, 30g All Bran golden crunch ( HEB), ff vanilla yogurt
Lunch: prawns, lettuce, tomato, spring onion, cucumber, seafood sauce (2.5)
Dinner: ??
Snacks: none
Drinks: squash, cava

Had a lazy night in watching a film and cuddling, Mark's just left for work and I'm going to have start getting ready in a couple of hours as need to leave at 3 to get train up to town for night out.
Friday 15th February - Extra Easy (E1)
Breakfast: banana, ff yogurt
Snack: pineapple, mango, lime, grapes, kiwi, passion fruit
Lunch: savoury rice, Tandoori chicken, tomato salad (1.0 for drizzle of olive oil)
Snack: tandoori chicken
Dinner: steak, sw chips, onions, 60g low low cheese spread (HEA)
Snacks: hifi bar (HEB), 2x chocolates (4.0)
Drinks: black coffee, squash
Total syns: 5.0
Dinner was delicious, we had baked camembet with tomato salad and minted pitta followed by lamb tagine with couscous which was gorgeous and some chocolate dessert which was okay!
I can't believe how lovely the tagine was, quite a bit left over so need to work out the syns and see how bad it is.
Back on plan today and hopefully the only time off plan this week will be dinner & drinks tomorrow night.
