Tuesday 19th February - Extra Easy (L2/Night)
Breakfast: bacon, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, 30g black pudding (3.5)
Lunch: speed soup, 2x cheese scones
Dinner: pork & cider stew (2.0), mashed potato, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot
Snacks: mango, pineapple, passion fruit, lime, grapes, kiwi
3x crackerbread (1/2 HEB), 25g light Philadelphia (2.0), 15g cracker crisps (3.0)
1x weetabix biscuit (1/2 HEB), 200ml kara milk (HEA), options hot chocolate (1.5)
Drinks: PLJ, squash
Total syns: 12.0

Definitely no take aways.. Shift was okay, have gone quite quickly x
I wasn't tempted at all.. I hate it when you swear you've posted and it vanishes.. Sometimes I doubt my own sanity! X

Got in from work about 2am this morning, at least it was better than doing another Night but feel more tired today than I did yesterday, start again at 4.30pm and have found a SW group at 3.15 so as long as there's not a massive queue I can get weighed and get to work on time.
I know it's not going to be pretty and I've already drawn a line but I like to get weighed each week if I can so going to face the music.
As I was saying yesterday when I'm not trying to cut back I sometimes naturally keep my syns low without even trying..
Wednesday 20th February - Extra Easy (LL)
Breakfast: nothing.. Still asleep
Lunch: jacket potato, 40g rf cheddar (HEA), baked beans
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise (1.0)
Snacks: mango, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, passion fruit, lime
Options hot chocolate (1.5), 2x weetabix biscuits (HEB)
Drinks: black coffee, squash
Total syns: 2.5
The thing you need to do is make the most of being able to have a good day, then when you slip it balances out... Just be good to yourself...xx
Just popping on quickly as just got home from work and shattered.
Went to weigh in and lost 1/2lb.. Perhaps I wasn't as bad as I thought!
Thursday 21st February - Extra Easy (LL)
Breakfast: toast (HEB), 25g low low cheese spread (2.5)
Lunch: 6x wholegrain crackerbread (6.0), 70g Philadelphia light (HEA)
Dinner: tomato, chilli & squid linguine (0.5)
Snacks: curly wurly (6.0), mango, pineapple, passion fruit, lime, grapes, kiwi
Drinks: black coffee, squash
Total syns: 15.0
Thanks everyone, I do like to beat myself up sometimes! No off days planned this week so hoping for a good loss.
Like Emma P we have the rumour mill working overtime.. redundancies, will they base it on DOJ BA or DOJ Load control.. no one knows but no point worrying about it. Done 17 years service in May but only been in this department 2 1/2 years.
In a way I hope they do it on performance as fingers xd and without blowing my own trumpet I do okay and people are always coming to me to help them. I've now acted up as Duty Manager twice and it terrified me but I got through. Wasn't for the whole day but just a few hours. In fact I had no choice in the matter they made me sit there and said out of everyone in they wanted me,
should feel honoured but felt cross they didn't give me an option.. but at least I've given it a go now, wouldn't have done it otherwise.
Another 4.30pm start tonight and Lates the rest of the weekend.. Other than sleep in the same bed Mark and I haven't seen each other since Monday. Tuesday he left home at 5.30am I didn't return until 8am the next morning so didnt then see him until Thursday 2am when I got home from work and he was asleep, same last night and today so roll on tomorrow morning as I can see him before work yippee x
Roll on 6th March when we get a day off together! Apart from my parents are coming over..
