In the summer it's really relaxed, cropped trousers, top or plain tshirt and sandals or flip flops. But I'm based at my desk all day! Not sure if I'll attempt skirts or dresses in the summer as the only reason I did start wearing them now is I can wear tights!!!

Errr no!! I've been in denial, popping on other peoples posts but not commenting on mine and this weekend went out the window, I'm sure had I wrote it down it wouldn't have happened but I didn't want to admit to it!

Went out for a curry on Friday night which was totally off plan but very scrummy, Saturday night was a PJ party (apart from I was the only one in PJ's and went outside for a snowball fight about 11pm in my PJ's!), she cooked pizza and salad.. So the salad was on plan but the cocktails and wine wasn't! Sunday was pretty much on plan but I think I sneaked a couple of extra syns in as I hadn't put pen to paper and then last night we went to the cinema and then went to KFC... Why?!

Every time I get to within sight of my 3 stone award I seem to go into self sabotage mode, I doesn't help knowing I can't get to group for a couple of weeks but this is the third time I've got really close and then it's gone wrong. I really want to get there but my head doesn't seem to want me to get over that hurdle, Mark even said last night that my heads not in it this week.

This morning I am back on plan, I am going to write down everything today and I have done my kettle bells this morning.. I must get there x
 
Tuesday 7th February

Breakfast: 2x ryvita crunch (HEB), pot Philadelphia light chocolate (4.0 I think), banana

Lunch: jacket potato, tuna, 22g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 HEA), red cabbage (1.5 - still don't understand why you have to syn apple when cooking with it when you're using less than you would if you ate one!)

Dinner: lemon and garlic chicken bake, mint muller yoghurt

Snacks: apple

Drinks: squash

Total syns: 5.5

Exercise: 16 minutes kettle bells

I might wear that tomorrow after that compliment :)

Don't stress about the weekend - you're well and truly back on plan now and the only way you'd self sabotage is if you thought s0d it and went permanently off !!!

Ps I've been avoiding the shred - don't tell anyone x

Hi Jackie, I use the instruction leaflet that came with it, just not sure I have the correct technique.. I can always really feel the aching muscles the next day! I want to order the DVD's but because they are expensive I've said I won't order them until I've proved I'm using them regularly and it's not just a fad and also I've got to 3 stone loss as then it's a present to myself! X
 
Kept my syns fairly low yesterday and hopefully today due to my syn heavy weekend..really wish I could weigh in this week though.

Wednesday 8th February

Breakfast: 2x wholemeal toast (HEB), 30g Kerry low low cheese spread (1/2 HEA), banana

Lunch: jacket potato, 22g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 HEA), baked beans

Dinner: eastern salmon (0.5), roasted vegetables, chilli cous cous (1.5)

Snacks: apple, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, grapes

Total syns: 2.0

I've just had a call from work.. I've been moved from a Late to an Early tomorrow now.. Good news because I can now get to weigh in but now I'm panicking as I've been so bad the weekend how I can pull it back?! Aaaah! I swear I've put on loads and all I really want is my 3 stone, I will have blown it, really cross with myself now, I was getting over the fact I've been bad and now really pissed off with myself x
 
But it also means that you can draw a line you may have been able to pull it back anyway xx
 
I know thank you, you're right about drawing a line but I was honestly back on track, if I haven't put on tomorrow it'll be a miracle, even if I STS I will be so over the moon.

Usually weigh in day I eat normally but considering tomorrow eating "light" stuff, don't know what though! Shall I just eat and drink as normal? X
