Yippee I managed to stay on plan despite being with my mum and sister.. Spent an absolute bomb shopping, we were in Debenhams 5 hours, such a shame there was no sale on!

Bought a dress for my cousins wedding, it was reduced from £140 to £70 and when I got to the till it had gone down again to £42! Bargain! And I wouldn't have tried it on had my sister not said, in fact quite a few of the bits I bought to wear for work when we come out of uniform I might not have tried on had it not been for my sister suggesting them. Even bought a black dress for work, but must wear it when we first come out of uniform or else I'll be too selfconsious to wear it.

Monday 13th February

Breakfast: beans on toast (1/2 HEB)

Lunch: jacket potato, cheese & beans (HEA + 6.0 - just a guess as we were out in a cafe)

Dinner: pork chop, mashed potato, braised celery (with onion and carrot)

Snacks: alpen light bar (3.5), vanilla yogurt, chocolate (3.0)

Drinks: squash, cherryade, diet Pepsi

Total syns: 12.5

Well done for staying on track you did great! I need a dress for my friends wedding in march must try debhemens for those prices!xx

There's quite a few dresses in the sale from January, perhaps take someone that will suggest new things, trust me I didn't even want to put this dress on!

I'll post a photo but one my hairs a mess and two I need to seriously lose these bingo wings by April!!

Thanks you two, I can't see the looking smaller to be honest and I think I'm a size "17" as fitted 16 in some things and 18 in others, the fact I fitted into a Phase Eight dress cheered me up!

Had a lovely meal last night, totally off plan but Mark's favourites and I usually deny him! We had scallops with chorizo for starter followed by Maryland chicken for main and then haagen daaz pralines & cream for desert mmmm and a bottle of Asti, I much prefer it to champagne (bit of a dodgy tummy in night, think it must have been the cream & ice cream).

Aww table looks so sweet! Food sounds yum! I prefer asti too, always buy instead of champagne even on our wedding day, cheaper too ;) xx

I know hubby was impressed I laid table too, we only usually do it when we have guests coming for dinner!

Asti is mmmm, I find champagne too dry and a bonus it's cheaper.

Just had a call to say I've been moved from a Late to an Early tomorrow again (this doesn't usually happen and now last week and this week), sods law both times I've actually been out as opposed to usually when I can't make weigh in I haven't been out, so this week I have had 2 off plan days.. Last week I had 2 and gained 3lbs! I really really don't want to gain 3lb again tomorrow!!

I have done my plan for the week though and about to go shopping and then cooking this afternoon.

Attempted a Green day today, hope I've done it right.

You must have been posting as I was eating! Just had an alpen light bar so 2 HEA & 2 HEB, 5 syns so hopefully that's okay.

Looks good to me :)xx

How age you finding the chocolate Philadelphia?

I love it but have had to buy the small pots as if I bought the big tub I'd be too tempted to repeat the nutella incident! Nutella's still nicer but for fewer syns it's fine, have you tried it yet? X

Not tried it yet Im like you with nutella so just in case it was similar i didn't want to get it in lol x
