Just a quick update of food as still at work.. Getting weary now.

Tuesday 6th March

Breakfast: BLT (HEB + 1 tbsp el 0.5)

Lunch: jacket potato, tuna, sweetcorn, 2 tbsp el mayo (1.0), tomatoes, spinach, 22g rf cheddar (1/2 HEA)

Dinner: puttanesca (0.5), 15g Parmesan (1/2 HEA)

Snacks: tangerine, banana
 
Food looks great! Hope you haven't got much off work left to go now xx

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday, puttanesca is a recipe from the latest magazine, basically ragu with chillies, olives and capers in.. Scrummy! X

Wednesday 7th March - Green (Late shift)

Breakfast: American pancakes with chocolate philadelphia and banana (1/2 HEB + 5.5)

Lunch: jacket potato, 45g rf cheddar (HEA), baked beans

Dinner: BNS risotto (HEA + 0.5), salad

Snacks: tangerine, apple, mullerlight yoghurt, grapes
3x ryvita wg crackerbread (1/2 HEB), 60g low low cheese spread (HEB)

Drinks: squash, water, diet ginger beer

Total syns: 6.0
2x HEA
2x HEB

Morning, shift went fairly quickly last night, got an Early tomorrow now so quick turnaround, finish at 11pm tonight and back in 5.30am yuck! At least I don't have to do that Fri/Sat as we have guests over Saturday night and Lates to Earlies kill me, I'd be a zombie whilst they were here whereas I can have an early night tomorrow now.
 
Forgot to say, no weigh in for me today as Late shift, quite disappointed really, like to know where I stand, next week I'm a Late shirt too but should be able to get to a Tuesday evening class as off, wish they did morning classes around here.

Ah just answered you on mine, didn't realise you were missing wi... I wouldn't go if they didn't do morning classes as I would be at work or behind the bar at night...

Shift works a bum sometimes! (but I love it really!), used to have a Tuesday morning class but they closed it down, shame really as it was always busy, not that many classes around here to chose from.

That is a bummer... Never mind, just this once weigh yourself, so you have a rough idea what you have done, but don't rely on the figures as gospel, just as an indication...xx
