It's been 6 months since the accident so it's not that quickly but still good something's happening!

I'd already eaten some roulade before I saw your message! It all stuck to paper but rolled that bit inside, it's tasty but think I'll put less sweetener in next time (I'd added more like you suggested but think I added too much!) x

I meant quick after the consultant but either way I hope it's quick from now. Enough's enough. x

As for the roulade, add some berries to even out the sweetness? Of ff natural yoghurt? Oh and as for sticking to the paper - I always use tons of spray oil but it still sticks and I roll the stuck bit inside too! :)

Good idea re other fruits etc. did get a photo of half of it.. Even hubby liked it. Do you think other half will be okay tomorrow or does it all have to be eaten today?

Spent hours in the kitchen making Indian food but don't think it was worth all the effort!

Tandoori lamb was gorgeous (I had 1 skewer), chicken biryani which wasn't bad but would have been good with a "wet" curry if that makes sense, the chickpea was not great, followed the recipe but it just wasn't all that.

Will definitely make the tandoori lamb again, it was so easy and really tasty, possibly on the BBQ.

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone, this day is always special as Mark proposed to me at the St Patrick's Day parade in New York 3 years ago.. Apart from I was an Early today and he's a Late so we haven't seen each other! I hate him being a Late (even though that's selfish as I do 3 ish a week!), rather he be home snuggled up with me x

Happy proposal anniversary! :)

Mines next week x

Btw it's 0.5 syns for the whole roulade so it's less if you're only having a portion ;-)

I didn't know how to count the roulade, do you just count it once and then not again? X

Just had 40 winks after my Early shift (feel worse than if I hadn't had a cheeky nap!), getting ready to go on chocolate making workshop now...

Had a great time last night, it was really fun, messy fun, didn't eat too much and would have been within my syns if I hadn't got home and eaten what I'd made (except the basket which I'll have after weigh in on Thursday), only had 1/2 syn during the day so not sure what to count all this...
