Making the most of the sun before going in for my Late shift as didn't get to see any of it yesterday, busy and tiring day.
I said I wouldn't write down what I'd eaten this week but can't let go! Am doing an SAS log at C's request though.
Friday 23rd March (Double shift) Extra Easy
Breakfast: vanilla ff yoghurt, 1x alpen light (1/2 HEB), grapes, raspberries, blueberries
Lunch: Italian chicken and tomato soup
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognaise (1.5), 15g parmesan cheese (1/2 HEA), salad
Snacks: 2x ryvita (1/2 HEB), mackerel pate (1.0), mini cup cake (4.0)
Drinks: water, Pepsi max, options hot chocolate (2.0), 200ml kara milk (1/2 HEA)
Total syns: 8.5
Didn't really need the cake but knew I was within syns and stopped me diving into the massive cupcakes that were taunting me for 16+ hours!
