not following anything, just tring to eat sensibly for now and see where it goes as was getting too worried and worried may lead me to bad things in terms of eating disorders etc. So i am just trying to be sensible for now and try and keep things controlled, but trying not to worry. I have stayed the same at 11st 11 which is where my body naturally seems to want to sit at the moment and im learning to accept that and love me as me until i start getting totally focused on shifting a few more pounds.
