Help needed for 1st day......

just checked my book and pasta for HE on a red day has to be 35g of dried wm (110g cooked) - have you got pasta?

my red day has gone well and i've made some of my things...and not a drop of rice or pasta touched my lips ;) just hoping it's cooked enough cos of course, i didnt test it lol.

i wish i liked bean sprouts cos they'd be ideal for in a stir fry to bulk it out...i can handle a few but the taste of them just takes over the whole meal - for me :(

i'd planned big mac in a bowl for dinner but i didn't eat my ryvita mini's so i have a HEb left which i could use if i made burger from the mince....starting to get peckish though so might end up eating them to get me through to dinner time

how's your day been?x

My day had been very long but I got a big bit of work sorted so worth it in the end. I finished late so not much time to do things this evening and I'll be off to bed in a minute.

I made the salmon pasta thing for dinner tonight and it was lovely. I adapted the recipe a bit and threw in a chopped chilli - seeds and all - and it was lovely.

I have got pasta in so it's easy done with the meatballs. Would they take a long time to cook do you think?

I had a hifi choc bliss and an extra hex worth of cheese for some syns today so 12 total for me. What you having!?

morning!:)

last night i had some crisps and the last few of my ferrero rocher so another successful red day under my belt ;)
doing green today and looking forward the most to a bit of dahl loaf.

i only used half a packet of the tomato pasta n sauce for a small quiche instead of two so i've kept the other half and i'm going to have it with some of the quorn meatballs which i'm yet to try.

your pasta sounds good...i do wish i liked salmon...but i just don't and i know it's good for you but honestly, i just can't take it at all :(

don't think the meatballs would take too long in the oven....when i've made them before i just keep turning them but that's gonna be hard to do if it's mixed in with pasta?

made burger for dinner last night, mixed some worcester sauce and spring onion in with the mince before i shaped them and had them on my wm roll with lettuce, tomato and my HEa cheese...was yum!

think i saw every hour on the clock again last night...i was up for the loo and hungry but we went to bed earlier again. just wish i could sleep a full night without waking...it's not happened for years! grrrr lol x

I reckon the pasta would taste lovely with some chorizo as well if you want to spend a few syns. Lovely and warming. I'll def make it again - was pretty easy too! I'll have to post the recipe up when I get chance.

Today has been non stop but I couldn't stay late as I'm getting my eyelashes done this evening for the weekend :) looking forward to it but wonder if it will feel odd while she is doing it!? I'll try and post a before and after pic to see if you can see the distance.

Food wise my day hasn't exactly gone to plan but don't think it has been too and either. I had a little bit of cake instead of my cereal bar this afternoon and some avocado with my lunch so could have been worse. Dinner is a nice prawn stir fry with tons of SuperFree so no worries there :)

I was thinking of browning the meatballs off in a frying pan and doing the pasta separate and just combining at the last minute. Think I'll just play it by ere and see how I get on.

How was your day hun!? Did you enjoy the dahl!?

oooh yes...the eyelashes...love them..and i'm jealous lol.
can't wait to see a pic :D

loved my dahl loaf today...but i have been hungrier today than the last 2 days...maybe cos i've not had as much protein?

cooked some of the quorn meatballs to try and they weren't as good as i'd hoped :(
decided to take the left over tomato pasta and sauce with a few of those chopped through for lunch tomorrow and had baked potato with cottage cheese and beans for dinner instead.

bet you're looking forward to the weekend...won't be long ;) x

Well I'm all glammed up lol. Here is a pic (she didn't take one before and I forgot lol)

Feels a bit odd but I like them :) nearly ready to go now. Just got to paint me nails and toenails and then it's just getting ready on the day!!

Treats tonight!?!

He says all I need now is a burlesque outfit pmsl. Think he likes them. :)

The good thing about them Is that I don't have to wear eye make up in the day as they are dark enough without it. They do look pretty natural I think but I'm still getting used to how they feel lol.

I'm so tired today - had a great sleep but not enough of it. Gonna take a lot of caffeine to get me through today lol.

How ru this morning?

I'm not of tomorrow unfortunately :(
Tomorrow night I am seeing some family for a little get together and then Saturday is a meal with more family (and bf's family) and then friends coming to meet us for a night out with cocktails and dancing. :)

My actual birthday is Sunday. Bf is playing football in the morning but has promised me breakfast in bed before he goes (I'm expecting a cuppa and a slice of toast lol). Then lazy day to get over my hangover and a takeaway at my parents house with my sister, brother in law and nieces.

So lots of lovely things planned :) can't wait!!

Yesterday was a great day. We finally met the baby and she is such a little cutie. Her name is Bethany and she is so tiny :) was so nice to have a cuddle!

We are going out for team lunch today which I am really looking forward to. Prob just for burgers but I'm being good and had SW friendly breakfast and got a stir fry planned for dinner :)

What's your plan today?!

plan today is green cos i forgot to take the chicken out! - trust me!
not complaining though cos i'm gonna have one of the quorn burgers that i really like and some sw chips....not had "chips" since last fri when we were away so i reckon i'll enjoy these ;)

aww Bethany's a lovely name. bet she was tiny...is she (and mum) doing well?

our xmas lunch is in a couple of weeks and it's been decided on the carvery which is a great pick for me...the secret sw'er lol x

She was 8lb 6oz so not actually tiny for a baby lol. But it always amazes me seeing little ones. Mum and baby are both doing really well :)

We are going for burgers to celebrate some work successes recently and to say well done for all our hard work and long hours. Our official Xmas lunch is on 18th and I have done for the roast dinner as it is most SW friendly.

Carvery will be really good for you - lots of SuperFree/free food to leave syns for a glass of tipple or pudding ;) I must get some quorn when I go shopping and bite the bullet! :)

I'm writing a list of things to do now I'm 30 (I can tell I'm not going to get much done today lol)

hehe...that's what fridays are for! ;)

just been ordering a load of prints from SnapFish...have you heard of it?
i hadn't and just managed to get 40 6x4 prints, 4 7x5 collage prints and 2 10x8 collage prints for £2.45! good eh!

cos i signed up, i got 40 prints free and there was a code for 20% off plus free delivery!
so i've done a few collage one of my little one from when he was small to school etc and can give them to my mum....it's been lovely (but time consuming lol) looking through all my pics....good memories though....it made me smile and feel slightly sad that so many years have passed and everyone just moves on and grows up etc x

Ahh yeah I have used them before - they are pretty good. I think I'll be getting lots of baby and childhood pictures this weekend (we did it for my sister a few years ago!) and I can't wait. I love looking through old pics. :)

Had a great day today. My work friends bought me a mug I wanted for ages (from the House of Lords shop that you cant go into without an escort from a lord) and a birthday balloon and they all signed a card :) good start to the weekend. :)

aww that was nice of them :)

i'm just in from getting some shopping (rock and roll fri eh lol) and getting my dinner....what did you eat in the end?

cant wait to hear all about your weekend...if you're not on before...then have a fab birthday! :D xx

Hello :) thank you hun. I'll fill you in properly tomorrow but I'm pleased to report I got my breakfast in bed!! Toasted crumpets and poached eggs - my new fav. Yum!!!

aww bless him!

i love toasted crumpets...with butter and jam *must get them on the list to have during xmas time off plan* hehe
