Not a bad idea! I have 2 kids and combined they're the weight I've lost which is unreal! I think getting to my goal weight was much harder thsn I thought. Relaxed a little, maintaining is really hard. Getting back to it tho :-D
Ok so sw day 1 is officially done and I am full to the brim:
B porridge and oat milk (hex a and b), blueberries and an apple
L bolognaise (peppers, tomatoes and onions) with lean mince, 3.5 syns
S 2 x apples
D two salmon fillets with half Bns, peppers and red onions.

Lunch - cheese and pickle sandwich (hexa&b), onion ring crisps (3.5 syns), choc brownie (10 syns)
Dinner - chicken, salad, corn on the cob, strawberries
