Thursday

Breakfast - 35g all bran crunch (hexb), yoghurt

Lunch - chicken casserole from yesterday, strawberries

Dinner - cheese and pickle (1 syn) wm roll (hexa&b), onion ring crisps (3.5 syns), alpen light bar (3.5 syns) banana, apple, satsuma

Syns - 8 syns

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexb), ss milk (hexa), raspberries, black coffee

Lunch - at my mum's so not sure!

Dinner - lm burger (4 syns), butternut squash mash, veggies

Syns - ??
 
Tuesday

Breakfast - ww sausages (1 syn), hashbrown, baked beans, tomatoes, mushroom, fried egg

Lunch - not a lot, stuffed

Dinner - chicken curry, grated cauliflower

Syns - 5

Really? You have done so well. Have you tried weighing out the amount you've lost and carrying it around for a while?. I plan to put my weight loss into something like that this time so I can do that when I'm struggling. Should maybe make it routine that we wear it for an hour or two a week as a reminder lol x
 
Not a bad idea! I have 2 kids and combined they're the weight I've lost which is unreal! I think getting to my goal weight was much harder thsn I thought. Relaxed a little, maintaining is really hard. Getting back to it tho :-D

Glad to hear it :) I can barely carry my kids for five minutes and they're probably near the amount I'm looking to lose too. A handy reminder!! Now get back to it so I can learn from you ;) x
 
Ok so sw day 1 is officially done and I am full to the brim:

B porridge and oat milk (hex a and b), blueberries and an apple
L bolognaise (peppers, tomatoes and onions) with lean mince, 3.5 syns
S 2 x apples
D two salmon fillets with half Bns, peppers and red onions.

Yum x

Hi there, I'm really considering having red days, how often should you have them?? I can't deprive myself of carbs, i've done really well these first 9 weeks, the last two I put on 1/2 then today i lost 1lb...wondering if my body could do with less carbs so maybe I should cut back on too much free ones??i guess casseroles are the way to go! Hubby gets bored of my meals though, he likes his battered meat and pastries >.<
 
Hi Lauren, I did red days for 6months and was fine with no carbs! It takes a while but you really don't miss them as much as you think. I don't loose on green at all, just my body tho. I think a few red days in the week really help, especially if near wi day. If you read back thru this thread, have listed my carb substitutes xx
