Yes, juices do, I understand that. So I have a plan, I'm gonna bake the pulp (leaving some for the buns as they adore it) into little crackers. Roughage consumed. Smoothies however have the lot in, plenty of roughage.
I'll let you know how the crackers pan out. Based on experience Beanie will be trying to nick the lot as he's loved them when I've done them in the past. No doubt that's wrong too. They would be lovely with a spot of low fat cheese though - another meal sorted.
I need to get my food on an even keel though, personally I think that's more of an issue with my losses than my veg drinks. I am so stubborn, I am determined to prove this is not an issue lol
