Thanks chica. I'm so determined to get the first half stone next week. I was doing a bit of planning ahead, and based on average of half a stone a month (which is what I managed last time), I reckon I could just scrape into the 13s by my 40th in December. Now I would be ecstatic if I did. But musn't think about that. Got to scrape into the 16s first lol. Half stone at a time.
 
Chica - set yourself even smaller targets as these can help keep you motivated.
It certainly used to work for me. Do you remember I used to have them in my sig?

I tried to find something in between the half stones that would give me a target, like getting below 14st or a BMI of a certain number.
I found half stones just too far away to keep me motivated. But 3 or 4 lbs seemed much more manageable.

You never know - it may help.
 
Haven't even had brekkie yet. But just had a manicure and pedicure done, along with eyebrow wax, feels heaps better for it.

So having an early lunch of syn free sausages from the local butchers, rice and a punnet of mushrooms. Yum.

Doing ham and bean hot pot for tea tonight, it's one of the bairn's faces, and is only half a syn (0.5 syns). So everyone's happy.

Must do some work now though, lunch ready in about 20 mins. Nom nom.
 
Does it show the bit with my losses, just text, but shows first two weeks losses etc. I set it up on my phone as I very rarely go on the PC these days.

I'm thinking about Poms advice. Setting wee targets.....

Bloomin' heck, just counted and it's 22 months! :eek:


With only one week earlier this year where I went half a pound over target, but got it back by the week after.

Well done on your progress Pinkie, I used to love your motivation... 18 months ago... scary how time flies!! Pleased to see you've gotten it back anyhew, wish I could say the same :) xxx
 
I'd live to pinkie. But I find it soo.difficult right now. Eg today brekkie and lunch were super good. Bf is making dinner, lots of roasted veg, potato wedges and aside salad... So far so good until I see how much olive oilhe used! Oh and that canof strongbow that fell into myhand with gorgeous weather!!

He's going on tour again next year Sino doubt ill be back here weeping into my lentil dahl!! xxx
