Oh my guts have been horrible! Suspect it's getting near that totm, as I can get a dickie tummy then. I have just done 3 red days in a row, with loads of superfree, so I'm not discounting that though.

Tomorrow there is a BBQ night at the bairns cricket club after his match. I am considering cycling down and having a few drinks. I'll be having an EE day tomorrow so will pad myself out beforehand with some carbs. Not sure what thought atm, as we have the day off and are heading to Dover Castle for a day out.

Another BBQ on Sunday for my nephew's birthday, but my sister is at least getting some syn-free sausages in. Thought I'd have that with some salad and free rice and just stay away from the alcofrol to avoid further temptation.

Right now though it just feels lovely to have finished my working week. Four days in London, but it went really quickly. Were it not for bairn considerations, I could happily do that every week!

Yes I did, but only because I couldn't see the other one so assumed it had disappeared or something... I think this one is from the Excel last summer for the halympics.

Just remembered I hadn't had my second HexB, so am munching my ryvita minis now. Really not sure yet more dietary fibre is what I need right now though lol. Still, it's one way to lose weight I guess ;-)

Well yesterday was fab till early evening. It was the bairn's cricket, was a lovely, sunny evening and the bar called. So in all I had 6 pints of cider in just a few hours, then had a rogan and pilau rice when I got in. Then stumbled off to bed feeling quite sick lol

So right now all I really want are healthy juices, so may have a couple of those today (within synned fruit allowance of course).

Bairn and I discussed having a film night tonight. If so, I'll do some wedges and syn free sauces etc. I have a cross stitch that needs finishing too, so can work on during the film, stop me over snacking.

I was hoping to have taken the bairn cycling it something today but the weather is cold and rainy out. So gonna have to have a rethink.....

Thanks el chica. Trouble is I've still got the raging hump. :-( There is a specific situation, which I won't bore you with the minutae of, and I know it won't ever change. It involves family too, so it's not one I can avoid. Therefore I need to find a way to deal with it. Ho hum.

As for food, I'm fired up for today. Though that said it's not strictly slimming world. I'm going to have a juicy day today. Feel quite sick and really off normal food, but spent the night dreaming about my home juiced drinks and woke craving them. I think it's probably just my body saying it needs a little rest/detox, so I'm going to listen to it.

Apple, carrot, beetroot and ginger for breakfast. Have pre-made a grape, apple, blackberry and ginger one for later. Though will have a green one too and if still hungry, I'll make up a sweet potato based one - with beet, apple, carrot and celery. Plus I usually end up throwing other odds and sods in as I see fit at the time.

Hopefully it'll help perk me up too, as I hate being in a lull.

Lol they are actually really delicious and make you feel so good too. Especially that grape one - it really packs a punch. Think I may have to water it down a bit though.
