Thanks el chica. Trouble is I've still got the raging hump. :-( There is a specific situation, which I won't bore you with the minutae of, and I know it won't ever change. It involves family too, so it's not one I can avoid. Therefore I need to find a way to deal with it. Ho hum.
As for food, I'm fired up for today. Though that said it's not strictly slimming world. I'm going to have a juicy day today. Feel quite sick and really off normal food, but spent the night dreaming about my home juiced drinks and woke craving them. I think it's probably just my body saying it needs a little rest/detox, so I'm going to listen to it.
Apple, carrot, beetroot and ginger for breakfast. Have pre-made a grape, apple, blackberry and ginger one for later. Though will have a green one too and if still hungry, I'll make up a sweet potato based one - with beet, apple, carrot and celery. Plus I usually end up throwing other odds and sods in as I see fit at the time.
Hopefully it'll help perk me up too, as I hate being in a lull.
