Izzyhew's dizzy start to diet......

hee hee I am really bad at stuff like that, I always make the effort to buy the cards plenty in advance but often forget to post them. Everyone knows what I am like though and I do show them I care so it doesn't matter. I won't forget today though lol
 
cards posted, amazon return posted, milk, tomatoes, nasal inhaler and eyedrops all purchased, and 2.8 miles walked today :)

Lunch was a mugshot and some bacon, no superfree but those aren't a big portion anyway. snacks have been fruit, yoghurt, and today was chocolate day so I had a bar of malteser teaser - which was nice but I didn't enjoy it as much as some chocolate so probably won't have that again.

I'm not feeling like fish for tea now for some reason so I'm going to just have the potato/parsnip chips with the frylighted veg concoction and the grated cheese.

Right, now I need to pop out and find my daughter who is in for a row as she was supposed to be home 20 mins ago for her tea. I know where she is and I'm not worried for her safety but our rules are if she wants her freedom she must check her watch frequently and come home in time. I don't worry about 5 mins but her tea has been on the table for 20 mins grrrrrrr. Her brother is asleep too so it will disturb him but I'm not leaving it any longer.

thought I might try adding pics of my food like many of you do, so this is sw potato wedges, with frylighted courgette, onion, pepper, cherry toms, tom puree, curry powder and HE cheese on top.

my gallery is full of food pics but I just keep forgetting to put them on.. I also feel like I have to watch my presentation otherwise its just slop haha x
 
Is it possible to upload pics direct from a mobile? I have been trying and can't see how to do it.

Seems a lot of effort to have to upload them from my mobile to my laptop and then on to here, how do the rest of you do it?

Had banana, strawberry, quark and sweetner, and crumbled up aldi bar (1/2 he) for breakfast num num, and having a sw burger for lunch, although now that I've written that down I am remembering I need my HE for my bun so will need to syn the bar. I'll likely be over syns later anyway as have meal out with friend, but I am going to try to make a good choice :) will only be drinking diet coke so no problem on the drinks.

I had my saturday step on the scale and haven't lost anything but I am noticing a definite pattern now, I never seem to lose much if anything in the first half of the week, but it's always (so far) down by weds lol. I have started to watch the fat % out of interest though, as ours is one of those fancy body monitor scales. Sooo when I started at 13st 1.5 I can't say exactly what I was because that aspect of the scales only work up to 50%, and I was more, how much more I have no idea. I can't remember when they started to work but on weds when I weighed I was 12st 10 and body fat % was 49.2, today although I haven't lost any weight my body fat is down to 48.9, so something is working even if it's not reflected in the 'lbs' so I am going to keep looking at that from now on :) it will help motivate me if that % is going down even if the weight isn't because really it's the fat loss that matters isn't it.

I have very dark hair, with some bleached flashes which I had pink for a while, it's been washed out for a while now, so last night I dyed them blue :) it's not very bright, it's quite a dark blue and not a huge contrast against my dark hair but I'm hoping it lightens and brightens after a wash or two, I also painted my nails black, and I have a nice top looked out and a long A-line denim skirt which hasn't fitted for some time, but if I wear my scary stomach holding in pants I can just squeeze into it, so I hope to look passable :)

The skirt is a 12, but I'm under no illusions, it's big lol.
 
Hope you have a lovely time tonight Hun. LOL at the scary pants....I have a selection of these too, lord knows what I was thinking when I bought a couple of them....I may as well have gone and bought a big lilo and some rope to strap round me really tight :D

Your hair sounds nice, I would love to do something a bit more 'adventurous' with mine but its been this colour for years now (just a bit blonder than my natural 'dirty' blonde)

Those scales with the bodyfat % sound good.....at least you can see numbers shifting when the 1lbs don't seem to do much, Might have to look at investing in some of those bad boys! (tho if I do I will either have to 1. get em BEFORE things sort out with me & the OH or 2. accidently on purpose break my WW ones.......reason? OH will go spare if he thinks i'm buying "ANOTHER item that I don't really need when I have one that works fine" when I try say BUT BUT BUT oh your just being a tightwad and offer some real good reason why I just HAVE to have it he looks at me, rolls his eyes and says OK....but you won't be happy If I can't take you on holiday/theres no money for that dress/shoes that you DO need lol.....hes got a point I guess :rolleyes: but it still is an annoying quirk ! xxx

What phone have you got?? I upload mine from my phone just click add attachmeng on the minimins app :) and could you not have a green day as that gives you two healthy b's and you wouldnt havd to syn the bar. I have green days most days ;) xx
 
Morning all :)

Dizzy last night hubby came into the bedroom when I was getting dressed and I was naked, which I don't mind as he's obviously seen all my wobbles and couldn't care less about such things. However he started to chat about this and that, and eventually I had to tell him he needed to go, because I wasn't going to have him see me wrestling myself into them :8855: Thankfully he is understanding about such things!

The night was lovely, always enjoy the time with my friend, The Woman in Black was ok but I wouldn't need to see it again. There was a lot of hype about how scary it was, but I need quite a big and unexpected scare to even flinch and it wasn't all that!

I had meatballs with Pasta for tea, and cheesecake for dessert, and jelly babies for munchies later lol. I'm not going to try and work out the syns, just going to be back to normal today. The menu was full of things like burgers, pizza and stuff with chips so I think my choice of main was the closest to sw principles. It was lovely.

Unfortunately half way through the 2nd half I started getting stomach cramps, which continued and intensified all the way home (10 min walk to the carpark, 35 min drive home) and I had to dive into the toilet as soon as I got home (sorry tmi) my stomach is still unsettled now and my friend is insistant I go to the doc and she will be chasing me up all week lol. I think I might have a milder form of IBS or similar. This happens to me 2-3 times per month but usually I am home and can go to the toilet quick, this is the first time I've been unlucky with the timing :( I guess she is right I should go get checked out. I need them to check out my knee as well and confirm if it is a varicose vein at the back of the joint as I suspect, that is causing discomfort there. I am just getting old and falling to bits lol.

Not sure about food today, not considering breakfast yet as still not 100% sure of my tummy, having a cup of peppermint tea :)
 
LOLLING at getting into your pants hun :D

Glad you had a lovely evening, but slightly concerned at the tummy pain & needing the loo urgently :eek: especially as it happens frequently hun.

Your friend is right....YOU DO need to go to the doctor with this and SOON It does sound like there is some sort of IBS type thing going on down there......or something that needs some further investigation and some possible meds to help with any pain & symptoms.

Get an appointment made in the morning Lady!! ;) xxxxx
