Friday 21st October

Mum's - 2 pieces toast with clover, coupla biscuits, a little flapjack thingy (wasn't very nice but that didn't stop me :()

Home - I took to bed one of the slim&save bars I got the other week. I haven't been having them apart from the 1 I tried because they're TINY! I had a lemon, yoghurt & white choc one - 149cals. TheY ARE filling but just the fact that they're so small makes them not particularly satisfying as a mrb imho. Okay as a snack though ;)

Bed

End off DH's chippie fish batter (haven't had that for MONTHS!) in a piece of bread with clover light

Tea - Chicken salad with (too much) el salad cream.

2 biscuits

Mum's - piece bread with clover & mackeral pate, 5 biscuits, mini magnum (well sainsbury's own actually but same thing), 1 rolo, toffee crisp & pinched a pkt of c&o walkers and a snickers to bring to work :(
I've also brought a mrb (which I probably won't have as it seems like a waste after everything else!!) and 2 boiled eggs.

I can't go on like this - I'll be creeping (if not LEAPING) up the scales again!!!! :( xx
 
Jan at the mo the Jordans breakfast bars are 2boxes for £3 in sainaburys. They're quite substantial in size and around 140-160 cals. I know they're not a mrb as such but something like that might be better satisfying for you?

And :( to the rest of the day although it all does sound yummo!!! Lol xx

I might have a look at those bars Tan - trouble is it's not that I'm not finding anything unsatifying as such (well apart from those fartin' little Slim&Save bars - and even then it's psychological because they ARE filling) - I'm not eating coz I'm hungry - I just want to eat ... and eat .... and eat .... and eat ... and eat ..... LOL!!

Still - DH is back to looking at the possibility of going to the Maldives in March (I didn't think it was on after going to Oz this year) so I'm damn sure I won't be letting aload of weight creep on - I just need to ride this blip out!!! xx

Don't worry T ... I think deep down we're all the same. But I still say - bad as we can all be at times, it's sticking around on here that eventually gets us all back on track!!

I can't even remember all I had yesterday and I haven't even tried to pull anything back today. I'm hoping the shock of wi in the morning will be an end to it!!! ...... I guess we'll see!!! ;) :D xx

Well as expectied i had a gain but tbh I expected it to be more. +2.8lbs making me 10st11lbs exactly.
That HAS to be IT now. I just can't afford to let it creep any further. I just hope I can hang on to my resolve and get a COMPLETE good week in to give me a kick start! (won't give up the alco though :eek:)

Thats not too bad Jan but :fingerscrossed: that this is it and you can get back on top of it. Today's menu looks fab :)

Agree with you about not giving up the alco though! If were good all week with our food indulging in a few bevvies isn't going to hurt us! :D xxx
