Pleased to report a 3lb loss :D .... Got away with saturday then - though presumably it would have been more if saturday hadn't happened! Still - I'm pleased with that - about 7lbs to go now to get me to 10st 1lb where I know I feel good :) xx

Thanks ladies :D - It's given me a bit of a boost incentive-wise. I often have a little 'treat' on a monday and could easily have had some of the halloween choc that's in Mum's waiting for the trick or treaters today - but I didn't :)

Monday 31st October

Breakie - choccie mousse

2 slices ham (mum had awkwardly timed hosp app which meant lunch would be late)

Lunch - tesco mrb

small banana (going to launch of new season at the theatre we belong to so tea will be late too)

Tea - Turkey drumstick, veg & tin toms & spice mix in the slow cooker for when we get back

Wine ;) xx
 
Well done on resisting the choccies and not having the treat. Its funny how we always do have a treat on weigh in day - wish I could break that habit!!

Yes, had a lovely evening thanks. Have stayed on track so far :) ... Tomorrow evening DD's new gf is coming to cook us a meal - I'm looking forward to that but I can't be too particular about what we have. As far as I know it's chicken stuffed with goats cheese but what else we're having I don't know :D xx

LOL! AND I'm out to BE impressed ;) ... she is in the kitchen cooking now - as we 'speak' :)

Unfortunately 'lost it' last night ... putting unclaimed trick or treat choc away several found their way into my gob :( ... getting quite frustrated with myself coz can't seem to keep it together!!! :eek:

Chicken breast baked with spinach & goats cheese, pots, parsnips & carrots roasted ...... (larverly!!!!!)

Tea - chicken salad with el salad cream

Work - mrb & 2 boiled eggs (and fingers well crossed for through the night and before bed in the morning :eek:) xx

As I'm reading that I'm munching 4 squares of chocolate WHAT THE HELL'S THE MATTER WITH ME!!!! i'd already had on of those little slim & save bars before I left the house AND 2 slices of ham. It's only 1am and I've already had my mrb so ... assuming I don't have anything else I shouldn't only 2 boiled eggs for the rest of the night.

I wish I knew what was going on :( I'm real fed up with myself xx

Hmmmmm - I don't know ..... I'll see how it goes. I like not having to even think about 2 of my meals but it's a thought :eek: xx
 
I have not read all of your threads Jan, but I must say, I think Tanya's idea of eating proper food might be a really good idea, or maybe even just replacing one of the MRB's at whatever time is your weakness. Thus just having 1 MRB a day.

Glad to see you are well though, even if having a little struggle with the snacking at the moment, but you do seem to have reigned that in the last week or so, and well done on your loss last week.
 
Yup, thats what I meant just chaning the one meal, or even just taking a meal to work instead of the mrb and leaving all the other days as they are with 2x mrbs :) xxx
