I THINK the mini binge is over **sigh** xx

Glad to hear it Jan, horrible when it hits us eh!

Sometimes but not so much in the last few years, since I've had a lap top and could bring dvds & stuff. And since they've gone wireless & given me the code it's been easier ... God Bless the internet and the iplayers!! Mind you I used to do more writing and things like making dvds from photos, bits of video and put music to them & stuff which I haven't done since then. Lazy I guess because there are a list of projects I've never got around to doing .... Hmmmmm, must get my finger out!!! That would probably stop me thinking about the dreaded 'f' word so much too!!! xx

I would be so lost without computer access in work. I miss facebook though, so I have had internet added to my phone so I can get on FB.........lol.

Too many viruses were picked up from the various applications that were used. Not just Facebook, lots of sites have been banned - lets hope they leave Mini's alone.

Friday 16th July

Nothing at mum's

Breakie - 2 boiled eggs

Edit ... forgot - I had a slice of ham rolled with a little bit of philli light as well

Bed

Tea - Decided to have another protein day so cooked 4 turkey breast steaks in the oven with herbs and had 2.

Had a little bit of cooked chicken at mum's tonight

Work - 2 turkey breast steaks and 2 boiled eggs. xx

Much better day Jan, I love protein days. I used to love these days in the good old days of SW.

Yeah - I don't know why I've just had a hankering after protein and it does fill you up. I won't go more than a couple of days without anything else though, miss the salad & berries and stuff but it's made a change for a day or two. xx

Just a little bit of chicken at Mum's before going to Tescos

Breakie - 2 slices of topside & 2 boiled eggs

Bed

Tea - Chicken breast stuffed with philli light, wrapped in bacon & baked and salad

V&Cs xx
