That's the key isn't it Bev ... 'when we want to be' .... it's a case of what's more important. On occasion the slap up 3 course meal seems more important - or the chocolate and crisps but if your overall priority is to be slim and healthy you have to know when to stop! :D .. and be able to of course :eek: x

More V&Cs once my 'babies' are in bed ..... looking forward to having them again - missed them when they were away :D

Till wednesday (or possibly thursday) with a break tomorrow night as they're having a sleepover elsewhere. I love having them :D

Weather permitting we're kite flying tomorrow ;) xx
 
Just caught up with your thread Jan, glad to see you are back on track again chick - those dreaded munchies just happen to come along and kick us in the teeth sometimes, but hey, you had a good time and only a small gain, so well done on that Mrs.

Good luck.

I have had the right munchies today, 3 bags of crisps, 2 kit kats (yeah, those caramel ones), 2 slices of white bread with lots of lurpak and grated Cathedral City, one and a half bread rolls with mushrooms fried, and grilled bacon, spag bol with cauli, carrots, and green beans (I had to have one healthy meal). Lots of voddie.

believe me, my day has been worse than that mary!

6inch chicken & turkey subway on wheat bread with onions, green pepper & lettuce with bbq sauce. (bought it last night but got home and didnt fancy it) .... 1 tub of pringles - yes the big ones! with salsa dip. A crunchie bar. tin of tuna mixed with salad cream. a slice of dominos pizza. some curly fries and chicken nuggets. 4 coffee biscuits. a pink iced donut.

I think thats it ...... :rotflmao:

I've been really good this week - apart from the usual alcofrolics of course, but sneaky wi this morning showed sts ... :eek: .. tomorrow is 'report' day so we'll see.

Hasn't stopped me having the old v&cs though ;) :eek: xx

Awwww disoranno reminds me so much of Italian holidays. I loved that stuff!!!

No it won't!! :)!! I've been better than that! I know I've had me l'il dwinkiepoos but I know I could have eaten more as well and sts .... But we'll see ;). Shame our bodies aren't more like machines and more predictable!

Lost 1lb :D:D:D

Actually it was 1.4 but I have this stupid little ritual and get on and off the scales 3 times - the 2nd & 3rd time it was 1lb so I have to take that ;) :D

I'm pleased coz I haven't found it difficult at all as I haven't really deprived myself and now have just under 4 weeks to lose 4lbs. Let's hope this state of mind continues :) xx

Monday 16th August

Well done on the 1lb gone Jan. Like you said it's really good cos you haven't felt deprived this week. You'll get those other 4lbs off in 4 weeks no problem!!
 
Jolly good job. One down and four to go. Cut back on the voddies and the wine. These all contain empyt cals so the body processes them into fat stores straight off!! You can do it girl!
