HaHa - Oh yeah and explain that tomorrow ... they'll be thinking 'what a *****!!' These are the sort of people who will have a box of chocs like this around for weeks! (Bit like that Sandra one .... shhhhhhh!! ) so would think I was NUTS!! xx

LOL noo! Its a nice gesture, he very rarely buys me surprise gifts but someone commented on my photo of the guylians on fb and said about the truffles & i said i had never seen them and low & behold this morning in the shop he saw them and got them for me!

Well done on resisting the chocolate Jan and good luck on the high protein days. I like to get my good fats from some good expensive Olive Oil, I like to use a tablespoonful to make a lovely salad dressing.

I'm using a teaspoon of olive oil when I have my omelettes. I don't like oily dressings unfortunately. I'm managing NOT to have a dollop of Helmann's with everything - tempting though that is .
The chocs are in another room tonight (up to now) so will only be reminded when I go through to make coffee. I don't think I'll be seriously tempted though. It feels too good to be back in the 140s and I REALLY want to get the other 4lb off. I'm staying at my son's to mind his dogs next week and I've asked them to take all the goodies away with them or hide them!! (this is where I first discovered caramel kitkats!) I'm planning on having a few walks while I'm up there ... not to walk the dogs - they're really tiny and too old, they don't go for walks they go for carries - I kid you not, DS has a proper pet sling!
No but they live within walking distance of Cheshire Oaks designer outlet . I used to love wandering over and having a coffee and a browse in Borders. Sadly no longer possible of course . I may just have to shop instead xx

Bed

Tea - chicken thighs with tarragon & lemon & stir fry

work - chicken breast salad with a bit of mayo, 2 boiled eggs, 2 easy peelers

2 slices of ham

breakie in the morning - 2 boiled eggs & mayo xx

This is the one he's got ... but poor li'l Maxie is a 13 yr old toy yorkie & can only just about manage it out the back to do his business ... big AHHHH for Maxie xx
Lola is Shitzu & can walk a little way but can't get up & down kerbs ... big AHHHHH for Lola :giggle: xx
