Wednesday 16th Feb

Breakie - 2 egg omelette with 2 turkey rashers

Lunch - 70g ham & 70g chicken

Tea - quorn mince & veggies in passata

work - more quorn mince & veggies in passata, 2 boiled eggs, 2 easy peelers

breakie tomorrow - 2 boiled eggs & mayo (probably) xx

Yeah - li'l tiny ones - smaller than they look here ..

Yes Tan - trying for a few very low carb, high protein days though the veggies in tonights' stew are a bit carbie - I should just be having leafy ones strictly speaking.
I AM trying to up my fat intake a bit. I don't think I ever realised before a programme I caught a bit of last night, just how important the good fats are. It was when they said about brain function and the girl trying a very low fat diet could feel that her brain wasn't functioning properly, forgetting words, losing the thread of conversations etc.... I've always put that down to hormones (or lack of them now) but I do have an EXTREMELY low fat diet (when I'm not stuffing my face of course ) so I'm consciously trying to include a bit more - hence more eggs ... oh yeah and a bit of REAL mayo xx

Use real butter too Jan, no carbs whatsoever but what a taste

Yeah - I thought about that Sandra but didn't dare buy a pack of butter AND a jar of mayo (albeit the smallest one possible!) Also - there's nothing to put the butter on! I know I could fry eggs & stuff in it but don't really want to go down that route! However that's right now .... I have been known to change my mind xx

Confession to make, I have been known to eat French bread, with butter and mayo on it, the stuff that I buy in France, Maille, doesn't need anything else

I dread to think how many calories or fat there is in that but I'd happily eat that in preference to chocolate....

OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH!!! DON'T!!!!! How absolutely deeeeeeeeeevine!!!!!!!! I like that mayo too but I think I like helmann's better .... btw can the bread be slightly warm? DROOOOOOOOOOL!!!! OMG my mouth is literally watering!! I'd have than before chocolate too ... that is BEFORE chocolate .... not necessarily instead of xx
