I wasn't working Tan - I survived last night on sparkling water and 1 glass coke zero (allowed on this ) and the pub this afternoon on 1 sp water and 2 black coffees .. thanks for asking xx

I didn't go into ketosis till day 6 when I was on lipotrim. Maybe she is too busy out sunning herself lazy thing! Hope she comes soon x

Actually that's not strictly true. I read through my LT diary last night and though I didn't have any at the start I did have an odd day here & there ... nothing like this though! xx

BTW folks - just in case you miss me . I won't be around tomorrow, probably not until Tuesday evening.

Mum has a cataract operation in the morning - got to get her there for 7.30am and I'll be staying with her all day and overnight. She's up to date with lots of things - even texts (at 85 not bad) but no internet. Add two little grandsons (4 & 2) into the mix on Tuesday and it'll be evening before I get a chance.

2.35am Can't sleep

Often happens when I know I have to get up early for some unknown reason but it's compounded tonight by the constant and LOUD rumbling of my tummy . I'm not tempted to eat but I AM getting a bit fed up (if you hadn't already guessed )

My alarm will be going off in 3 hrs :sigh: xx
