JanD's New Year, New Start, Maintenance Diary

Bloody disappointing isn't it? I'm going to give it another week but if the scales don't look much better by then I don't know what I'm going to do.....I want RESULTS!!

Ah Jan, hopefully your official weigh in will show a little loss. I do think you need to give the PP plan another week or two. Don't panic just yet. Everyone seems to love the propoints and get great results so you should not be an exception to the rule!! Hang in there.

Stayed the rotten stupid 'orrible freakin' awful same GRRRRRRRR!

Not 'appy.

Off to Mum's to (try to) put her house back together after being decorated - catch yas all later :(:( xxx

At least it didnt go up Jan xx Keep the head, you can do it x

Aw Jan!! :hug99:
At least it wasnt a gain though. Although i imagine thats not providing much comfort right now. Stick at it though for atleast another week see where it gets you :D xxx

Oh Jan how annoying! I know how you feel.....at least a sts is better than a gain, still not good enough though. Not sure if this ww pp plan is strict enough, not for the likes of us who aren't particularly overweight to start with.....

Are you going to stick with it? X

Yes I'm definitely going to stick to it fr another week & then decide what to do.

Thank you all for not telling me I am drinking too many of my points which tbh is what I half expected ;) ... at the same time though I can't quite see how eating them instead would make any difference to the outcome. I didn't even have all the lush fund  :sigh:

I'm looking after the 2 & 4yr old grandsons this morning - till about 2pm. Love 'em but hate getting up at 6.30am ****YAWN**** ;) Taking Mum shopping this afternoon and may empty a couple more boxes - I don't know where all the 'stuff' comes from ... she's only got a little house!! Trouble is as she's a smoker everything needs a good old scrub before it can go away. Good job I'm a good old scrubber ;) :D xx

Jan, what is this River Cobbler that I see you having? I've never heard of it but it's so low in pp's that I thought that I'd ask.....

It's a vietnamese fish apparently, just a white fish, I like the smoked (so that's yellow lol!) It's cheap at £2 for 2 good sized fillets and very low in points too :D It's available here in Tescos or Asda - don't know about where you are. xx

That's probably why I've never heard of it.....our new Waitrose opens in March, might start getting a bit more choice then! I love smoked foods too, fish, ham and cheese......can eat all of them quite happily on their own:D

Good for you for giving the plan another week Jan. Your menus seems so good lately.
