Woke up early and jumped on the scales and I've now lost 9.5 lb. Hooray. Considering all my holidays and meals out and that I started this diet three weeks ago its brilliant
Today is an eating day. I was very rushed this morning and ate an Alpen bar with coffee, so about 100 cals. Whilst I was out today I ate a twix. With the Alpen earlier that's about 400 cals in total. This afternoon I rushed home, got changed and went to my granddaughter's school for an assembly. My daughter had made a massive chocolate cake for the coffee afterwards so I bought a piece if that. I reckon it was such a big piece it must have been 500 cals. It was delicious. All in all I'm thinking I've had about 900 cals.
I'm not sure what I'm having or tea but its not going to be 1,000 cals (I can have about 2,000) so I will be well in. I know its not been a very healthy food day but I've enjoyed it nevertheless. That's the beauty of this diet.
Ah well, I'm off to rummage in the fridge
