Fasting today. Fortunately I'm just not hungry after my Sunday dinner and apple pie last night:)

Two mugs of black coffee so far at 5 cals each.
 
I feel so hungry today. I've had a chocolate drink at 40 cals, cereal bar at 70 cals, ready meal at 301 cals, four mugs of coffee at 5 cals each and a packet of Pom-bears at 97 cals. A quick add up and that's about 520 odd calories. It's only 6 pm! I think it's just one of those days!!
 
Well I've arrived in Spain. It's so warm :)

I weighed myself this morning but it was very difficult to tell what I was! It was four in the morning! I've eaten reasonably well today and probably had about 1,500 to 1,600 cals which included half a bottle of cava ..... Followed by a lovely snooze on my sun lounger.

Tomorrow I plan on fasting. I've brought cup a soups and options chocolate drinks with me so that I can have something homely if i'm desperate. Today I bought plenty of fresh fruit and salad plus some low fat yogs and smoked salmon so I'm all set to fast. My only dilemma is do I waste 300 cals on half a bottle of cava or not. I'm pretty sure if I have lettuce, toms, beetroot, cucumber and smoked salmon that I can keep my meal to about 200 ish. I will think about that tomorrow! Breakfast will be black coffee and maybe a small tangerine.
 
Fasted today. Did drink cava this afternoon so just had a little smoked ham, lettuce and tomato for my evening meal. I also ate about six mints at five cals each and had four black coffees at five cals each. I've probably had a little over but hopefully not too much.
 
Smoked ham! Must be predictive text! It was smoked salmon.
 
I think we are going into alicante tomorrow. I'm looking forward to my breakfast but I'm really going to watch what I eat.
I have my little calorie counter book with me.
 
I often each odd things on holiday and today was no exception! We spent the day in alicante and decided to stop at a small fish restaurant for a snack. Everything on the menu looked like massive meals so I selected a small portion of mixed small fish. It came deep fried in a light batter with heads entrails bones etc. have you ever tried dissecting a fish the size of your thumb! Well I managed it and left loads of debris! I'm sure I was supposed to eat the lot. No idea on calories.

I had a banana for breakfast and am eating steak and chips for dinner. Small steak though and chips pretty pathetic too! Also drinking cava and I have had sangria today!

Fasting tomorrow :)
 
Had tarte tartan for dessert and it was delicious :). I've definitely not had 3,500 today so my fast of yesterday means I should have gone down. I haven't found scales here so no weighing. Be interesting when I get home.
 
Had a brill fasting day. Half a bottle of cava and lettuce, cucumber, beetroot and ham plus black coffee. Looking forward to food tomorrow! Just remembered I had a peach at lunch time.
 
I think I probably ate too much yesterday. Probably just under 2,000, it was hard to calculate! Anyway today is a fast day so nice and easy. I'm not fasting on Monday and fly home Tuesday so probably won't fast that day. Another day of sunbathing ahead :)
 
Briefly have Internet so quick post. My fasting yesterday was not so good.....2 bottles of cava between 2 is far too many calories. Ended up having about 1,000. Today is a normal day but probably only having about 1,200. I'm eating tomorrow as I fly home and it'll be difficult. Not flying till 8.15 pm.
 
Well I'm home:) trouble is hubby is away until late Saturday so it's a bit lonely :-(. I have eaten too much today, all bitty things and I've no idea of calories! I'm not sure if I'm fasting tomorrow or not. I think I will decide in the morning. Not drinking half a bottle if cava each day will help immensely with my 500 calorie food allowance.

I've just been on the scales and have no idea yet whether I'm up, down or have stayed the same. I've got a few weeks of being at home now so it's going to be a concerted effort on the diet front! I will update my loss/gain in the morning.
 
Hmmm. I think I've gone up 1/2 a pound but as I usually weigh after a fasting day this is not a true weight. I've just had two days of eating so today is a fast and I will weigh in the morning. By today's weight I'm still 8lb lighter than I was three weeks ago. Considering I've had two holidays and a two day trip to London in that time that's amazing for me :). Overall I'm still loving this diet.
 
A speedy update. I've just had a shower, brushed teeth etc and jumped on the scales before getting dressed and I'm now 1/4 of a pound lighter so I should show a decent loss tomorrow morning. Hooray :)))
 
I'm having such a good fasting day . I've had:
Four black coffees at 5 cals each = 20 cals, I chocolate options drink at 40 cals, a sainsburys My Goodness classic roast chicken dinner at 305 calories and a Hartleys low cal jelly at 10 cals. That's a total of 375 calories so far.

Oh dear! Nearly forgot I had milk in two of the coffees so that's another 35 so 410 calories in total. I might have a cup a soup later at 63 calories and if I really want something else, maybe a small satsuma. The best thing of all is that tomorrow is a normal food day so no dieting is required.
 
Woke up early and jumped on the scales and I've now lost 9.5 lb. Hooray. Considering all my holidays and meals out and that I started this diet three weeks ago its brilliant 

Today is an eating day. I was very rushed this morning and ate an Alpen bar with coffee, so about 100 cals. Whilst I was out today I ate a twix. With the Alpen earlier that's about 400 cals in total. This afternoon I rushed home, got changed and went to my granddaughter's school for an assembly. My daughter had made a massive chocolate cake for the coffee afterwards so I bought a piece if that. I reckon it was such a big piece it must have been 500 cals. It was delicious. All in all I'm thinking I've had about 900 cals.

I'm not sure what I'm having or tea but its not going to be 1,000 cals (I can have about 2,000) so I will be well in. I know its not been a very healthy food day but I've enjoyed it nevertheless. That's the beauty of this diet.

Ah well, I'm off to rummage in the fridge 
 
Another loss

Last night I ate an M&S feel full for longer meal at about 310 cals, one peach, three light digestive and drank coffee with milk plus a 40 cal chocolate drink. Added to what I'd already eaten I reckoned about 1,800 cals. After my shower, etc this morning I got on the scales fulling expecting a one or two pound rise (bulk of food) but I'd actually lost half a pound! Maybe all this stuff about turning on your skinny gene is true!!

Today is a fasting day so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

10lb loss now
 
My fasting day is not going too badly but I am pretty hungry today. I think it'll be an early night!

I've had a slim a soup at 63 cals, I mint at 5, 100ml skimmed milk in coffee at 35 cals and a count on us sandwich I bought yesterday at 290 calories. So with 10 cals for my two mugs of coffee that's a total of 403. Counted in my head so might be wrong! Now I'm thinking I will have a 40 calorie chocolate drink and a ten cal jelly :)
 
Well I had my chocolate drink and jelly......then another jelly and 35 calories worth of milk in coffee plus a mint at 5 cals.

Total for the day 508 calories.
