Personally, in my own humble opinion, i think it would be totally unfair, and could actually deter your motivation, if that was your declared weight this week. If nobody objects (namely you and Texty) i have averaged it out so that it is what would account for 7 days. This is not about starting weights, its what has been lost, so 2 weeks worth is not really a fair amount. (again, my opinion). Anybody else that has the same problem with duration since previous weigh in please feel free to let me know if the same approach is wanted. Well, somehow, and lord knows how, i have lost 1.5 lb. Being totally shocked and disbelieving, i have checked all avenues and looked back through other threads, and i have indeed dropped by 1.5 lb. Wow, with all that beer and chocolate pudding????? Awesome, i still have loads left.
