Soft cheese is an abomination. Cheddar, crumbly, extra extra strong. Although, stilton melted on top of a rib eye steak is to die for. No, i mean, actually, die. AWWWWWW I WANT CHEESE NOW.

Oh I fancy trying this but Tesco was all out of the yogurt when I went tonite. How much does it make coz it'd only be me eating it.
I used a 170g pot which is more than enough for one :)
 
Sorry to be annoying but I think my 1.75 loss for first week has dropped off the sheet

Now i have just seen a brilliant one posted on my facebook wall, by a friend. He is not going to have a shave until he has lost a stone in weight. I'm thinking that all You on here could try the same approach???? (imagine the support your husbands/partners would give you, haha)

Morning guys. A STS for me this week due to pesky water retention. So this means three weigh ins (I think) to shift 7lb to hit my 5lb target. Hmmmm. I may, for the first time, fail a challenge. Bum
 
1.5 lbs off for me please :)
