It has been suggested that there could be some early weigh ins due to new year closures. I believe the general consensus is that if your weigh in should have been on a day in January, even if weighed in December, then declare it as January still. Otherwise people will lose out for the first week. (but gain an advantage over the month)
For all the newbies here, if you don't already know, the sheet will be updated as and when i can, as you throw your losses in (ok, or gains, trying to be positive here, pffft). Just post in the thread and the sheet will be updated accordingly.
If you click on the image of the sheet in the thread it will pop out into its own window. Click on that again and it will go to a web page. There you will also be able to click it again to zoom in. For the geeks among us, there is a load of info on there, not only your progress, but stats, overall losses, % totals, etc. Anybody struggling through the month, look at the bigger picture, not only you. Its surprising how much it can help. Im no longer a fatty due to this :8855: or is that all the running around i do? hmmm.
So far we have 68 of us and a target of over 35 stone to lose. I am sure that will grow before the challenge starts.
