1.5 isn't un-doable (new word) I'm hoping mine is not more than that. Pancakes sound good, you could make SW ones...not the same but pretty good

I'm having SW pancakes tomorrow, I've found a new recipe which uses sweet potato in the mix & it is surprisingly nice!!!
 
Yep, new plan is to use 1/2 my hex b to make an alpen/quark/white chocolate options cheesecake, which will be 2 syns and my 0.5 from this morning. If I'm hungry this afternoon I can have my other ,1/2 hex b alpen bar with a cuppa!

Also the food shop has come so got loads of free and super free foods in to keep me away from syns!
 
Oh and on the pancake front, I do have sw ones occasionally, but have decided to go for the real thing! I'm gonna allow 20 syns for that, but in reality 2-3 pancakes with toppings probably won't be that many syns...it's only flour and nutella that I'll need to syn. So will probably be more like 10 syns at most!
 
WEEK 6 - MONDAY

B - A banana, egg muffin and a lemon Greek Muller light (0.5 syns)

L - baked sweet potato, ham, a bit of my daughter's boiled egg and some melon.

S - alpen light (1/3 hex b) and an apple

D - sweet n sour prawn stir fry, followed by a quark/alpen cheesecake (2 syns and 1/2 hex b)

Dr pepper

Syns = 2.5 (if I can resist for the rest of tonight!!!)
Hex A = part in tea (may have a cheese triangle or 2 later if I get peckish)
Hex B = √

Yep, I'm loving the egg muffins!!!

'Cheesecake' is mega easy...squash an alpen light ( I use chocolate fudge) into the bottom of a ramekin (heat for 10 secs in microwave if needed). Then mix 1/2 tub of quark with a sachet of options hot chocolate (I use white hot chocolate one) and spoon over alpen bar then leave in the fridge for an hour, then devour!!!
 
Had a sneaky weigh in this morn...so far the damage is I'm up 1.5 lb, so that's extra motivation to work a little harder cos I'm also having pancakes for dinner tomorrow!

Oooh, you're so brave! I wouldn't dare weight myself today... really feeling the damage I've done over the weekend! Hope today has gone okay for you, and well done for planning out your Pancake Day - sounds things should work out fine for you! :)
 
Just been reading about 'star weeks'...has never heard of it before, but males sense...my last one I sts then had a 5lb loss the following week! This is a star week for me...that's not gonna work in my favour, especially with a slightly naughty week!
 
Decided on a mini target to work towards... 6lb in 5 weeks...it's 5 weeks til j return to work (been on mat leave). 4lb off would see a total loss of 1 stone, so that'd be good, but 6lb off would bring me down to 10st 8lb, which is like my upper upper decent weight limit (I'm aiming eventually for 10st 3 I think). Something to aim towards anyway!
 
Sounds do-able to me! How are you feeling about going back?
 
In many ways I'm quite looking forward to it...I love my job, and I'm ready to be something other than 'mummy' again. But I am a little anxious how I'll balance work, running a house and 2 kids!

Sounds good will have to try this. Always a little wary using quark though.
 
So was I, cos some people said it had a twang go it, but it just let tasted like ff yogurt on its own and just like a cheesecake with Tue options!
 
I find I'm the same with * week, usually STS, but on the whole see a good loss the week after. I think it's water retention with me..lol..
 
I feel and look bloated so have low expectations!
 
There's always next week though! :)
 
WEEK 6 - TUESDAY

Tried a couple of new things today to switch things up, which was nice.

B - LM red onion and rosemary sausages (erm, yum!!), fried egg and baked beans

S - OK, confession time a slither of chocolate cake with fondant icing (shared with daughter so say, 5 syns)

L - super speed soup with a Petit pain (erm, yum again!!!) and a teeny bit of flora light (1 syn). Melon and a bit of apple.

S - some cooked plain pasta

D - 3 x pancakes, 2 with nutella, 1 with lemon and sugar (allow 20 syns)

Diet Dr pepper


Syns = 26

Gone over my weekly allowance by about 6 syns I think, so as my final day before weigh in tomorrow, I'm gonna aim for a syn free day. But, being a day at home all day with the kiddos and no hubby home til late, I may struggle! Next week, I've gotta sort myself out - I just need a week completely on plan, with no valentines days /parties (oh poo, got one Saturday :-( ) / pancake days!!!

So, I've managed to stay syn free so far! Had egg muffins for breakfast, a black coffee and half a banana mid morning, then just eaten super speed soup, a Petit pain pizza using my healthy extras and some melon for lunch! Trying to utilise my free and super free foods to keep me on the straight and narrow! Might have a yogurt and some fruit as a mid afternoon snack if I need it, then will have a free dinner and a can of diet pop later! Come on Jellybean, you can do this!

For the first time, I'm feeling REALLY nervous about weigh in tomorrow...think it's cos I know I've been bad!!!
