chin up missus..it happens to the best of us esp after a night out. your so tiny jenna why don't you call target and try to maintain to see how you go? maybe few weeks mentally relaxing will take the guilt off which will ease the pressure?
 
Hi been reading through the thread, i started slimming world 3 weeks ago an not having much luck! Lost 1lb first week 1.5 second then put 1 back on last week! Really dont know what i am doing wrong! Been exercising loads! After putting 2 stone on in 3 months i really am working hard and ifs getting me down that i am just not loosing x
 
Are you writing everything down lol? Make sure you have your healthy extras and your syns. You could always show your consultant your food diary
