hope your feeling better.... is your voice sorted... not sure if they have sugar free version... saw them in superdrug saturday, and i have a feeling it was sugar free but not certain... had the girls with me so not concentrating!!!

Hello sorry i have been awol cold was totally horrendous and couldnt speak eat barely breathe. Having big problems at work and generally felt bleurgh!
I have been on mini's but couldnt post laptop being so bad to me gggrrrr.....
On the bypass front being soooo good ,eating all i should ,exercising plenty drinking Lots of fluid and i have now lost 1lb short of 3 stones since 26th oct 4 stone inc my 1 stone loss from the month before the op .
Gone from size 24 waist to size 18.
Size 24-26 top to size 18.

Feel great , cold is almost gone (fingers crossed) and couldnt believe that i was size 18 i was hoping to be in 20 by christmas so its great although i am scared to buy any clothes because i am growing out of them so quickly.
Luckily i am such a proffessional dieter i have clothes of many sizes lol !

Things are alot better now , i am having a bit of a mare workwise but feel like i have a ketosis high so coping well !!!

Have just had a 200g tin of ravioli couldnt eat all of it but feel very pleased with myself chewed it well and no nasty pains or dodgy rumblings so another food to add to my very small list lol !!

Have had an odd day today i have been fancying naughty food not craving it just fancying it.

Obviously i havent had any but it did cause me to swallow a forkfull of my ravioli without chewing it enough so for the last hour i have been sitting hear praying this little bit of stuck ravioli wil fight its way down and not up !

Chew chew chew thats a golden rule i must not forget !

Other than that things are going well bags of energy feel very cold today though . Haven't drunk enough must try harder and ihave just realised i should be having my multivits starting today and i havent got them yet DOH !

I am still suffering the wrath of the ravioli lol
I cant budge it feels better though and i can still eat so it hasn't blocked everything so not panicking too much. Stil havent got any vitamins which is very naughty .

Did you enjoy the boxing ? Shame he lost, 10 rounds is good going though !
Best ot to stress re the diet thats when things get messy lol

maybe you should consider a trip to your nearest aldi's.lol I got the list of forceval replacements from the BOSPA website . The multibionta aren't too bad just big . I am gonna try a soluble its supposed to taste like oranges (not bad eh ).
