My daughters thought it was hysterical as i said hello how are ya? and you kind of looked behind you and thought i was talking to someone else, you were with ethan.
Didn't chase you in case you thought i was a loon lol !

Have lost another 3lbs since saturday which was a little worrying as i felt awful too, really weak felt a little concerned but feeling right as rain now so must of been a little under the weather although i will keep a close eye on it !


Tuesday:-
BREKKIE
Small piece of slightly Hollowed out french stick with grated cheese and bacon.

LUNCH:-
Small piece of hollowed out F/S with mayo lett and chicken

DINNER:-
Lamb stew

DRINKS:-
Water, apple juice.

SNACKS:-
A bag of salted chipsticks


WEDNESDAY:-
BREKKIE:-
small piece of f/s with bacon and fresh tomato ( enjoying bacon again as you may of noticed lol )

LUNCH:-
Same as brekkie

DINNER:-
Chicken chasseur and basmati rice

DRINKS:-
Water, apple juice, s/f squash

SNACKS:-
4 x S/F choc cookies

Hi there Kandy. Been reading your diary over the past few days. The weight you've shed is amazing for about 4 months! I am dreading trying to stick to a pre-op diet but I will just have to get on with it if I want my op. :D

pkt of cadburys choc buttons ,(no dumping) Bag of Plain crisps, Banana
DRINKS:-
Apple juice, water, coffee

SUNDAY
BREAKFAST:-
1 buttered crumpet
Lunch:-
Spicy beef fajita
DINNER:-
Cheese and mayo pasta salad
SNACKS:-
Roasted nut tracker bar, grapes, yoghourt, handful of mixed nuts

Monday:-
BREAKFAST
Banana, Grapes
LUNCH:-
1/2 french stick hollowed out with 1 slice of bacon 1 piece of chicken salad and mayo
DINNER:-
Cheese mayo pasta salad
SNACKS:-
Bag of cheese and oni crisps, Tracker bar, Low fat custard pot
DRINKS:-
Apple juice, water, coffee

Another 1lb down this weekend and my size 14's getting a lil loose !

THURSDAY:-

BREAKFAST:- Cheerios

LUNCH:- Tuna and cheese toasted sandwich

DINNER:- Spaghetti bolognese

SNACKS:- low fat Choc mousse, pkt mini cheddars

DRINKS:- Water, coffee, "flat" low cal bitter lemon, apple juice

SNACKS:- Granola bar (omfg it was scrummy and it didn't make me dump) yey !, pkt cheese and onion crisps, pkt garlic and chilli crisps, banana
DRINKS:- flat bitter lemon, water, coffee.

SUNDAY:-
BREAKFAST:- Ready brek mmm
LUNCH:- roast beef yorkshire pud, loads veg,gravy , roast spud and parsnip.
DINNER:- Cheese pasta salad,
SNACKS:- Granola bar, 1/2 cupcake and a cheese straw (my babes have been baking ) lol !
DRINKS:- coffee, skinny latte, water, glass flat bitter lemon
