MONDAY:-
BREAKFAST:-
1/4 french stick with 1 rasher bacon and 1/2 fried egg and a sliced mushroom with tom sauce.
LUNCH:-
1/4 french stick with 1 rasher bacon and a fresh tomato.
DINNER:-
Cheese & ham pasta salad with mayo
SNACKS:-
Oats and honey granola bar(think i am addicted), few crisps, pear,
DRINKS:- Coffee, apple juice , apple and pear s/f squash.

TUESDAY:-
BREAKFAST:- 1 piece brown toast no crusts 1 rasher bacon 3 slices fresh tomato

LUNCH:- 2 pieces of brown toast no crusts with grated cheese 1 rasher bacon and some fresh onion tom sauce
DINNER:- Mashed potato peas roast beef and gravy
SNACKS:- Half a granola bar, pkt choc buttons, pkt bbq snack a jacks,
DRINKS:- coffee, apple juice, water

VITS as always xxx
 
FRIDAY:-
BREAKFAST:-
Hot sausage roll with tom sauce

LUNCH:-
ham and coleslaw wrap ,pkt of peppered beef jerky

DINNER:-
beef stir fry

SNACKS:-
pkt crisps

DRINKS:-
Coffee (bought a new coffee machine no sleep for me tonight lol )
Glass of white wine


Okay today is my 1st try at alcohol and i am now 3/4 of the way thru a gl;ass of wine and must confess to feeling very tipsy, how bizarre. I feel as if i have drunk a bottle ! ohh how i have missed you alcohol my friend lololololol !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay in the last 2 hrs i have drunk a very small btl 25cl of wine and gone from roaring drunk (really) to sober as a judge how bizarre feel so strange never experienced anything like this before.

Have a headache coming to :(
Oh well back to the drawing board or the bar lol !

No i figure i am definitely not a dumper (not sure if thats good or bad) !
Good so i can partake of the odd beverage but yesterday being easter i had more in the treat department than i am happy with!
A little concerned but i will have to exercise some willpower!

Lamb roast with all the trimmings
Raspberry roulade

DINNER:-
Buffet food
Prawns, cheese, salad, egg mayo, crisps, savoury rice, cocktail saus.
x 2 helpings over a couple of hours

SNACKS:-
Crisps, snack size dairy milk bar , dessert spoon full of choccy gateux, large bowl of weetabix choc chip mini's.

DRINKS:-
flat bitter lemon, coffee, water

Chicken sw (couldn't eat it chicken got stuck very painful for a while) :(

spag' bol' ready meal

DRINKS:-
water, coffee, apple juice

Thursday:-
BREAKFAST
bowl of cheerios
LUNCH:-
ham cheese tomato sw brown bread no spread
DINNER:-
ham cheese coleslaw wrap

beef jerky, peppered beef jerky,

Feeling highly motivated today!

I have lost 101 lbs as of today, i have now lost 7 stone 3lbs which is the same weight as my 12 yr old daughter :eek::D:eek:!
I also got into my 14 yr old daughters size 12 jeans lol as you can imagined she was thrilled lmao !

Gave me a renewed energy today and i exercised a little harder and i have been more careful with my food choices no naughties for me today also upped my water whether i like it or not it helps alot ! :rolleyes:

SATURDAY

DINNER:-
cottage cheese and ham sw brown bread

SNACKS:-
choc buttons, 2 pkts crisps , beef jerky

LUNCH:-
ham coleslaw sw brown bread

DINNER:-
1 beefburger, spoonful of peas, 3 spoons of mash & daddies sauce

beef jerky, twister lolly,

DRINKS:-
Water, more water lol , apple juice,coffee

Hiya Nas,
I do feel great, i went to new look to treat myself to some jeans and the 12's came up to big and had to get a pair of size 10's now that messed with my head ! Stood in the changing rooms hoping nobody could hear me crying, lol , whatta saddo ! :rolleyes:

When i am at goal i know if i have a treat every day and eat naughtier food once a day my weightloss stalls so i can stop it when i want . If i have a day when i feel a bit ropey i have a few days upping my calories and stop the weightloss and when i feel 100% i drop it down again. :D
