Feeling highly motivated today!
I have lost 101 lbs as of today, i have now lost 7 stone 3lbs which is the same weight as my 12 yr old daughter
!
I also got into my 14 yr old daughters size 12 jeans lol as you can imagined she was thrilled lmao !
Gave me a renewed energy today and i exercised a little harder and i have been more careful with my food choices no naughties for me today also upped my water whether i like it or not it helps alot !
SATURDAY

ham coleslaw sw brown bread
DINNER:-
1 beefburger, spoonful of peas, 3 spoons of mash & daddies sauce

Water, more water lol , apple juice,coffee
