After todays disaster here is another pot of lentil soup lets hope it works and i got lunch tomorrow!!

Tuesday 14th May 2013 - EE

B - Mixed frozen berries, 2 types melon & grapes with ww yoghurt and 1 scan bran with cheese triangle and ham meat

S - Tangerine

L - Lentil soup and melon (two types) with grapes

D - Quorn spaghetti & asda meatfree meatballs (1 syn) with lots superfree (Tomatoes, spring onion, red onion, peppers, mushrooms, courgette and carrot)

S - 4 x scan bran with 2 dairlea light triangles, tomatoes, spring onion & cold meat

Syns - 1
Weekly - TOO MANY!!!


Also got zumba tonight for hour and drinking lots of water!!

was so hungry after zumba and bath last night i wolfed down dinner so no pic was amazing though!!

Well its the dreaded wi day!!

Wednesday 15th May - Red

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea light triangle and chicken, small bowl of mixed berries and a green tea

S - ww yoghurt

L - Mexican chicken soup

S - melon & grapes

D - Tuna salad with 2 tbsp el mayo (1 syn)

S - Toast with poached eggs :)

any of you know how many syns in chicken fried rice or special chow mein from chinese even better chicken curry or satay..?? out with girls for lunch sat so going be good and have lunch out sat but sticking to things i know syns for! may end up with special fried rice or chow mein :) determined this week!!!
 
Well last night my sister did my measurements but i got my mum to redo them today as i don't think sister was doing right areas haha!!

Lost 4.5 inches off chest, 2.5 off waist and 3 off hips :) so 10 inches and 9.5lbs in 5 weeks im so happy with that!!

Doing the soup challenge so 1 bowl of soup a day plus also continuing the scan bran for a few days
