Well this week i need to lose 1lb to get my 1 stone award so i better haha as its my Birthday next Thursday!!
Also i taking off plan Thurs-Sun afternoon (Bad i know) but it my birthday Thurs so out, Friday day before wedding and Girlie day and night planned, Saturday wedding, Sunday morning still be in hotel for breakfast etc then mon-wed success express haha!! Can anyone remind me what it is - 2/3 plate superfree but can i do sorta like EE days as in have lentils and chicken and baked potatoes same day?? I know syns are highest amount but i will be using very little if any mon-wed!! I will expect a gain that week but straight back on it!!
Thursday 6th June - EE
B - 35g fruit & fibre, green tea and anapple
L - Chicken, rice and carrot soup (last from my sister)
S - Melon, Pineapple and strawberries
D - Chicken stirfry with lots of veg, stirfry packet and boiled rice
S - if hungry ill have some fruit and ww yoghurt
