Well this week i need to lose 1lb to get my 1 stone award so i better haha as its my Birthday next Thursday!!

Also i taking off plan Thurs-Sun afternoon (Bad i know) but it my birthday Thurs so out, Friday day before wedding and Girlie day and night planned, Saturday wedding, Sunday morning still be in hotel for breakfast etc then mon-wed success express haha!! Can anyone remind me what it is - 2/3 plate superfree but can i do sorta like EE days as in have lentils and chicken and baked potatoes same day?? I know syns are highest amount but i will be using very little if any mon-wed!! I will expect a gain that week but straight back on it!!

Thursday 6th June - EE

B - 35g fruit & fibre, green tea and anapple

L - Chicken, rice and carrot soup (last from my sister)

S - Melon, Pineapple and strawberries

D - Chicken stirfry with lots of veg, stirfry packet and boiled rice

S - tried a crackerbake they were really nice :) 1.5syns :)

Syns - 1.5
Weekly 1.5/105
Exercise - 6.5k walk

hi hun yeah se is usually on ee so you can have either as long as it is a true 1/3 of the plate and not piled up! i have done a couple se days but did them on red and it was quite hard! ended up with fruit n veg overload lol so i'd def do se on ee next time. sounds like you have a fab weekend planned next week!xxx
 
Yeah im looking forward to it and will be straight back on the wagon :) i know ill have times i can't do sw but i will try my best :) Thanks ill defo make sure 2/3 plate is veg ill have fruit for breakfast and all snacks, soup for lunch and dinner will be meat, mostly veg and perhaps a baked potato or something like some rice :) x
 
Had to quickly pop on and tell you guys!!

Its casual dress in work today and i decided wear denim skirt, one i been wearing lately is a 14 so thought i try a 12 and tried some on and danced downstair to show my sister and get her to make sure it was a 12 instead 14 and it was a..........................10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got biggest grin in world on my face :) Mum said i look so skinny and i felt amazing!!! x

B - 2 x small brown bread, cheese triangle and chicken with a tangerine and green tea after

L - Lentil soup

S - apple and tangerine

D - quorn spaghetti bolognase - chopped tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, courgette, spring onion and a carrot grated in with garlic etc

Syns - 0
Weekly - 1.5/105
Exercise - TBC

B - 3 egg omlette, with red onion and hex a cheese

L - Chicken & Bacon Salad (5 syns incase oil but didnt feel like any)

S - hifi light bar

D - BBQ - Chicken, pepper and courgette skewer, salad, 1 x quorn burger (0.5) on small brown roll (Hex b), 2 x ww sausages (1), bbq chicken drumstick (2.5), Bbq rib small (2.5), ww petit pain (7), Half a hotdog (5.5) 2 x jaffa cakes (5)

Syns - 2 x vodka (8) and diet lemonade with lemon and lime cut into it, 3 x peach schnapps and diet irn bru (16.5)

Sunday 9th June - EE

B - 1 x small brown roll, bacon, tomato and 1 x cheese triangle light with an apple

D - Chickpea, kidney bean and chicken stew, with half rice and half syn free chips (In stew - chicken, courgette, onion, pepper, chickpeas, kidney beans and carrots)

S - 2 x crackerbakes with rest hex a cheese (3 for crackerbakes)

Exercise - didnt track on my app so not sure!!

Monday 10th June - Red

B - magic porridge (35g porridge oats) and green tea

L - Soup i made yesterday - (two tins chopped tomatoes, courgette, 6 carrots, mushrooms, spices)

S - strawberries and a mullerlight milk chocolate (Found it really too chocolaty so not sure i fancy the other three)

D - 1 x small brown roll, with quorn southern fried chicken bites (4), served with salad with sweet chilli sauce (2), coleslaw sw style (1) and garlic mushrooms

Syns - 12
Weekly - 64.5/105
Exercise - 5.2k walk
