Dinner smoked haddock with Brown pasta and sanfire with reduced fat cheese HEA

Breakfast crunchy bran with milk from allowance and a sliced banana
HEA and HEB
Lunch scrambled egg and 4 veg sausages (4)
Dinner chilli and Brown rice (0.5)
Exercise 2 mile walk
30 minutes Kettlebells
Total syns 4.5

Well after another sneaky weigh it looks like in going to gain 2lb this week, I spoke to the physio and he says forget the scales atm and carry on as muscle weigh heavier than fat so don't get dipondant to which I'm trying not to but its hard he says in a few months it will all come right so I'm carrying on with weights and SW and see what happens..... You got to love physio's eh x

I agree with your leader. Don't work about it to much. I don't have scales in my house because I would be on them every morningg

I also found a channel on sky that does kettle workout.!!

Hi autumnbabe, I don't go to a club I do it from home. My husband works for a football club so I have use of the physio who trains the players he is mad about kettlebells says there the best invention going for fitness.

I'm trying to get rid of all the syns I've had this week hun, weigh day tomorrow and I think I may still be stuck with a 2lb gain!!!

Morning ladies and gentlemen, feeling very dispondant this morning with a 3lb gain!!!!
Going to try and not let it get to me on the plus side to this I have done my measurements from the end of May and lost 8.5 inches over my body.
Which obviously I'm well impressed with have done 2 inches on my waist 1.5 off my bust and 4.5 off my thighs and 1 off my stomach good inch loss in a month. Xx
 
Well done on the inch loss. Sometimes you do lose inches before the weight starts coming off. It has happened to me previously. You are obviously doing things right so keep up the good work.

Well done on the inches gone. Maybe it has something to do with how much body magic you have done this week. You have worked really hard.!!
Don't worry now, just focus on next week. And I am in ore of how much exercise you do x

Wednesday 3rd July
Breakfast allbran and a sliced banana.
Snack boiled egg watercress and fish
Lunch jacket potatoe and baked beans
Dinner well went out for that!!!!!
Fish chips and mushy peas oops
Also had a day off exercise
Not sure how many syns for the fish and chips was a pub style so not as much as a takeaway and I didn't eat all the batter not that keen on it and my husband had some of my chips
Also as confessions go I didn't have a sweet pudding I had a cheese board so it looks like lots of exercise to do tomorrow to burn that lot off but I must say it was a nice meal.
