Lunch 2 pork BBQ kebabs loads of salad and 100gms new potatoes
Snack banana
Dinner SW burger loads of salad and a chicken mug shot followed by a choc ice and two pieces of lindt cookie and cream chocolate.that my step daughter brought me.

Today has nearly killed me off hoping for some good results by Monday.

Lol, considering the amount I have drank you would think so but I think I have sweat it all out.

Thanks hun, I don't have the motivation I have to kick myself every day I'm the one that doesn't lose anything without loads of exercise so I have to combine the two to get any results must admit its extremely hard in this heat too, have a lovely night away hun and thank for the support Xx

I've just managed to get into a pair of designer jeans I brought last year am off out for lunch with husband today for his birthday and yep guess what I'm wearing yep the jeans days like this make all the hard work sweating with cardio all week and SW soooo worth it Xx

Had a lovely meal out today cost me about 50 syns roughly so but I have had spare all week so going to calculate that out over the week, weigh in tomorrow but have done more than my fair share of body magic this week so shouldn't hit me to badly( fingers crossed)
The food was good as it was mainly grilled fish but the chocolate tart stung me and bread more than anything but seen as I don't eat much bread I think I looked like a woman possesed when the bread basket arrived lol.
Lots of training to do this week has other half has a few matches to deal with so loads of time alone to get things done.:)

Morning all you lovely ppl, I did manage to lose a 1lb this week must admit being a tad dissapionted but ifs still a loss so better than a gain I will keep telling myself after yesterday I can say I'm suprised good luck everyone on your week ahead Xx

After an all you can eat chinese and an 8 mile walk I lost a 1lb yesterday fingers crossed it stays off now :rolleyes:

Just made a lovely egg salad with balsamic vinigar and quorn chicken pieces it tasted absolutely amazing will be making more of it, got some.left probably eat the rest later
Have to go and do some shopping tomorrow running out of a few things now

Just had the rest of that salad my belly is doing sumersaults maybe had a tad too much but it was lovely! :)
