I think all this is so individual...
Joseph eats loads of fruit & veg; lettuce gives him trouble though. I wonder why because he can freely eat brassicas.

It was actually quite dry and it really needed the gravy

Scales are unbelievably down this morning !!

We are taking my mum out today to a Chinese restaurant she likes in Liverpool and then going shopping in the supermarket next door

I've been very lazy today as the weather isn't very good so I stayed in bed until 1pm.

Good for you resting up cavegirl...that's what breaks are all about.

Had a lovely afternoon out

We all enjoyed our meal and we've got leftovers for tomorrow

We also got some bits in the Chinese supermarket and so did my mum and then we took her to Costco which is near the Chinese

She said she had a great time

We are just going to have smoked salmon bagels as we bought bagels at Costco today

We passed a Costco on the train in Birmingham...we down have any down south through. Are they American?

I assume Costco is American yes I have a card through work and also a Makro card

Both are those big warehouse type places

I thought Costco was nationwide

Bagels are yum I'm sure Joseph will agree with me !

We never buy them so I just asked him...said no he's not keen. lol.

Looks like the nearest to me would be Croydon; 1hr 30mins from here. Never heard of Makro...seems that's it Croydon too.
