I clicked on "Useful features" and typed in allergies.
At the bottom of that page are ones about gluten free and dairy free. I just went from one to another and had a good read and listed down some foods.

Scales are down about 1.5 to 2lb which was a surprise but I'm not weighing today as planned as I'm still going out with my mum for lunch

We ended up in Pizza Hut having the buffet - ooops but I wasn't really fit to go into town or to walk around after the appointment (women's stuff)

Gotta love Pizza Hut...which I do!!
I was so hungry when I got home that I really had to stop myself falling headlong into something real naughty. Had to settle for a banana & a few grapes...how sad!

Me neither

We had the buffet so unlimited pizza pasta and salad and I think I managed 5 slices of pizza !
Not surprisingly scales are up 3lb today

But I'm back on track

I went to the buffet once but it was so busy and the service of bringing out fresh pizzas was really slow. I have a Pizza Hut (takeaway) just up the road from me. Only had one when they 1st opened...

Yes in work today then off again tomorrow.
Still a bit sore but not too bad
