I have finally got round to eating something after only eating breakfast and some fruit

It was leftovers but at least I ate something
 
Well...hopefully it will go well. I've measured the space for the settee but if it doesn't fit (and it may not!) I shan't be popular because we shall have to push it back across the room again! Back in 1997 I had 2 fractures in my upper back so my husband doesn't encourage me to do much lifting and shifting. I still get pain in that area if I'm not careful. I shall be the one rolling up the chinese rug I expect... We did phase 1 moving last week...shifting a cupboard a little to make room for a bookcase and that freed up some wall space for where the settee will go. I emptied out the cupboard first and threw out a whole load of stuff so that was productive. The books got sorted too before they went back on the shelves!
 
Sort of green day today but I am clueless on syns

Wholemeal toast hex b clover lighter 4 syns

Grapes 2 satsumas jelly sweets

Leftover mushroom chow mein which worked out to be 1/4 of a portion as we shared half last night and had the rest today plus 1/4 fried rice plus acti fry wedges

Blueberry soya ice cream and 2 alpen light bars hex b

So I assume no more then 20 syns as a portion of chow mein is about 8 syns same as fried rice I think so 16 for a full portion which means over estimate 6 syns for 1/4 portions today plus the clover ice cream and jelly sweets
 
Your scales are like mine as both put us up ??

Mine certainly have but not as much on as I thought as predicted it would be 2lb

I reckon I will be between 1lb to 2lb up tomorrow in class though.

I will leave the ice cream then as I can't have normal ice cream anymore unfortunately
