What cheese sauce did you use?

Between the two of us a tub of low low cheese melted in microwave 1/2 tub is hex a with some extra powdered cheese sauce made up with water

I've used Bisto cheese sauce but can't remember now whether it contains gluten or not.

Hope your weigh in goes alright tonight...I need to make some real progress for mine or I shall be seeing a biggish gain!

We had the Asda one but it isn't as nice as the Bisto one so will get that one next as we finished the Asda tub last night

I got my tub in a Poundstretcher store...about 89p I think. Don't know if you have those where you are?

Yes there is a pound stretcher near my work but we also have Home Bargains and B&M which are better bargain stores IMO

1.5lb on which was expected as my scales weighed me about 1lb on

To be honest I was shocked at my 2.5lb loss last week.

This puts me 1 under target

Very rough day in work today and I didnt keep track of syns

Oh sorry to hear that work isn't the best place to be at the moment. I've worked in stressful places so can identify with that.

I'm off tomorrow. It is my husbands birthday so we are going out for the day in Manchester and we are going to have a huge Chinese veggie banquet.

After I get back from the Dr that is so we will probably go out around 11 am or so.

Needless to say tomorrow is a no syns counted day !!!

Meh is all I can say about the Drs

But we had a fab day put and my MIL - his mum bought him a soup maker which looks fab

Sort of back on plan tomorrow as we bought home a doggy bag from the restaurant !
