Life begins at 40, maintaining with SW for Life -Green days & some EE/Red photos inc

I did a quick online search but didn't find anywhere cheaper....but we don't shop at Tesco anymore. Well a boycott really because of their stance against selling foods from the West Bank. Foolish really because evidently they only sold dates but felt the need to broadcast the fact. Thankfully the other supermarkets have said they're non political...and IMO rightly so.

I shop anywhere and everywhere including Amazon.

We only have Tesco and Lidl within walking distance. Everything else is a drive away

No wouldn't be Tesco, as I said they have been boycotted.
I'm hoping to explore Aldi more when it arrives here I've read a lot about some of their products and would like to try some.
I seem to mostly use Morrisons and get bits from the others just because we eat specific things from them. I also use the supermarket comparison website to check prices.
Compare Savvy Buys prices in ASDA via mySupermarket
Maybe you know that one already?

I get my dark chocolate from Aldi and Lidl as both have a great range. Plus the benefit bars from Aldi when they are in stock as one is a hex b.

I don't think we could ever do our full shop in either store as the veggie range is so dire plus they don't do soya cream lactofree stuff etc.

I have to confess I don't price compare at all but I know the top price I will spend on stuff.

Food today not brilliant but at least I have had free and superfree plus speed.

I know I went over on syns as we had a couple of soft cookies from Tesco

Banana yoghurt

Leek and potato soup done in soup maker with corn cakes lactofree cream cheese tomatoes and gherkins

1 cookie satsuma and passion fruit

2 veggie sausages beans and mash

1 cookie
Chocolate

I'm still looking at the soup makers but think my priority this month has got to be getting the dryer on the washer dryer looked at. I've been told it just needs a clean out of something at the back so shouldn't cost too much. It packed up working back in April, thankfully the washer still works.

Are you feeling some good benefits from your time at the gym? I used to be a great fan of Leslie Sansone "Walk the Walk" DVDs and feel like I should start playing them again.

The dryer part of our washer/dryer hasn't worked for years and my husband had to disconnect it so the washer part would work.
I just dry outside when I can, or use a clothes horse, or use the radiators and I treated myself well if it can be classed as a treat to a heated clothes rail from Lakeland last month.

I know what you mean but it's the towels & linen that's so hard in the winter. I do dry outside when possible but not a lot of sunshine in that area. The windows here aren't good and run with water in the winter and drying washing just makes more condensation. I'm hoping it will only cost £35 to fix. Found a good chap last year that charges that price for how ever long he's here + any parts of course.
