Thank you we are home again and I have had a nap which was probably a bad thing but I need to go back into work this afternoon and obviously all day tomorrow and there was no way I could have functioned.
Still not sure I can but I will probably be in bed for 7 or 8pm tonight


Will weigh in tonight or tomorrow to give the flight water retention a chance to settle
 
Thank you and I am off Monday so a three day weekend should get me back on track plus I only have two days to work next week - Tuesday and Wednesday as I took Friday off as holiday because my 40th party is on Saturday
So just today to get through then 3 days off 2 days in then 5 days off - yipeeee
 
My husband reckons he doesn't have jet lag at all and he is fine.

I am still living off bad stuff like sugar and carbs but I will get back on track before Tuesday .

Yes we'll both get back to plan tomorrow? think I'd better...been a bit iffy since weigh in!
 
He doesn't need as much sleep as me and I suffer a lot from exhaustion and extreme tiredness as well due to my health so jet lag just compounds that.

Saying that we were both in bed by 10pm last night and will be in bed before 10.30pm tonight so he must be suffering a bit as he is usually an 11.30 - midnight person on a work night.

I will change my diary title when I get back on a pc
 
Today has been a typical Saturday night dinner

Homemade pizza - I made the dough this afternoon with potatoes picked from the garden a bought sweet potato and salad

Rest of the day not worth talking about as I finished off some of my New York chocolate and we opened up the candy.

My scales haven't frightened me at all yet which is why I am not back on track
